Praying At Work

I am at work. They ridicue me and talk about me so I pray. When I am walking I am praising the Lord. They are ridicuing me daily. When they come to work I am standing. They say excuse me to me, really nasty, and speak friendly when they say hello to everyone else or the person who may be next to me.

Well I pray. I dont eat so I sing lowly the songs from my church. So when anyone walk bye me I am singing my praise songs, its not loud and you would only hear me if you walk by me. Ok now I got a final warning at work today, just started the job and I am on a final warning. I am written up and given a warning because I have had a few complaints. I am told I am chanting at work. I said no I am praying. I was told I cannot pray at work or sing my songs, even though I am singing alone and by myself where no one else is. I am told there is no place for religion here so leave it out of this place. I was told not to bring my religion to work so I cannot sing either, even if no one can hear me, I cannot sing.

I know this is the enemy. I am going to apply for other jobs, this is too much all the ridicue and laughing at me.

GOD IN JESUS NAME WITH MEN THINGS ARE IMPOSSIBLE, WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. TOUCH THE HEARTS OF MY OLD JOB WHERE MY FRIENDS ARE TO ASK ME TO COME BACK TO WORK. I could at least speak of the word and the people there believed in the word.

The Holy Spirit is God's provision for you to successfully live the Christian life today. Some of His characteristics will help you know Him and discern His activity:

He works quietly, never intruding or demanding [/b] Try to immitate HIM. The Holy spirit.

The only time Jesus got really angry was when they were parting in the temple. So immitate the holy spirit. Do your job to the best of your ablity and focus on Him. He does help. Be selfish with Him. He loves you so much and its ok to be selfish with the Lord. The Lord is so quiet and smooth as silk you nor me will never see him coming he is just that smooth.

He always points to and glorifies the Father and the Son, never drawing attention to Himself

He instructs you by speaking to your now-awakened human spirit (thoughts and impressions that are clearly beyond your normal processes)

He is always present, always able to be of help

He gently corrects, warns and adjusts (the requirement for you is to be very sensitive to detect his voice)

Try this Rx too. It works Mark 6:45-46 (NIV) The quiet time to pray and being the word of God is the highest priority of our spiritual life...

There is a time and place for everything and even The Lord. I pray when I first get up and at night and through out the day. He does help and he does it so smoothly. I love the early morning glory prayer. I pray first to let Him know what is on my mind. (We know he already knows) But I let Him know I honor Him first. (My first fruits are my thoughts and no one has ever gotten that out of me but HIM) Our Lord is a very jealous GOD.

Lord God, place Your hands of protection over this woman. May she continue to praise You in every moment, even silently as she does her daily work. You do not need words for You know our thoughts at every moment. Fill her with joy and gladness, turn her job situation around and bless her with Your amazing grace. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Yes, Lord, I too am in agreement to these Prayers Lord, you know she needs this job. Lord, You know we have to do things we aren't comfortable with sometimes to provide, and that is abiding by rules we may not agree with Lord. You know our thoughts and you know our hearts. May Sharon Pray to you silently until she is sure of another job. May she set times aside to pray to you before she goes into work and at night, She can Pray to you silently by just a thought she is having Lord, for you know all things and hear her anytime. Out-Loud or Not. She has to work, Lord. These people know now she is your Child, she has made it known, she has done her job. Now, Let Sharon be a witness of your confident love and protection, in YOU, Lord, by Not letting these people get to her, NOT letting these people get her fired Lord. Lord, May she just do her job to the best of her ability, Provide for her to bring and eat a simple sandwich or something at lunch, she needs the energy Lord. May she study for her schooling during lunch as well, Lord. Lord, May she rely on you Lord, and She can SHOUT AND SING PRAISE TO THE TOP OF HER LUNGS WHEN SHE GETS HOME FROM WORK LORD! (I do this) May she look forward to this time Lord, with you intimately. Lord, Let her continue to work here Lord, until another door is opened up Lord, Give her the strength and the courage to know whatever they are saying doesn't matter Lord, You love her and you will Provide for her Lord, help to be kind and strong during this time. May these people turn about when she comes into work Monday, doing as she was told Lord, and acting like she is so happy to just have a job, this Lord, is your Love in her Lord, Let it shine through, by her compassionate actions Lord, not words Lord, In her kindness and in her silence Lord, May she not let these people get to her Lord, In Jesus Name Amen
