Your prayer reflects a caring heart that is thinking of many others as well as your own needs, and that spirit of thankfulness is pleasing to God. He invites you to come to Him not as a distant judge or through empty routine, but as a Father. Jesus taught us to pray, Our Father in heaven, and that shows the close, loving relationship God desires with you through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Scripture teaches that your relationship with God is the center upon which everything else turns. When that vertical relationship is right, it brings order to every other relationship and area of life. When it is out of balance, other relationships also become strained and confusing. Rather than trying to fix one relationship at a time while others fall apart, the most important step is to come back to Him, trust in what Christ has done to give you a righteous standing before God, and walk with Him daily. Trying to earn His favor by works can never do that. Only Jesus can. But when you live in that new loving relationship with Him, good fruit begins to grow naturally as a result of abiding in Him.

That is why your sins and struggles, your worries about provision, health, and relationships, are best brought first to Him. Sin separates us from God, but through Jesus that separation is removed, and He wants you to know how much He loves you and to learn to love Him in return. As that love grows, it will enhance your other relationships. It will shape how you treat others, how you view your work and possessions, and how you handle hurt.

You prayed for those who have lost loved ones, for daily needs like work, food, clean water, bills, transportation, and for restoration of what was taken. God knows what you need according to His will. Your possessions and your business are ultimately entrusted to you by Him, and He is faithful to provide. Continue to bring those practical needs to your Father and trust Him to supply what is best, while also using what He gives wisely and thankfully.

You also mentioned divorce and the idea that half belongs to each no matter what, and a painful situation with someone you care for where there has been distance, confusion, and words that have hurt. God designed marriage to be a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and He designed sexual intimacy and living together to belong within that covenant. Whatever has happened in the past, God calls His people to truth, purity, and grace rather than to retaliation or to holding on to relationships outside His design. Scripture says not to return evil for evil or insult for insult, but to show compassion and courtesy and to seek unity and understanding. If you are married, seek reconciliation where possible and handle difficulties with honesty and kindness. If you are not married to this person, seek clarity with God about whether this relationship honors Him, speak truthfully, ask forgiveness where you have done wrong, and extend forgiveness where you have been wronged, and commit to follow His way for relationships going forward.

You asked for healing from fluid in your head and ear. I will pray for the Lord to touch your body and bring healing according to His mercy. At the same time, Scripture uses the picture of blood applied to the ear, the hand, and the foot to show a life set apart for God, an ear open to hear His voice, hands ready to do His work, and feet willing to walk in His path. Ask Him not only to heal your ear physically but to open it spiritually to hear Him more clearly.

You prayed for your sons and daughter and for your own needs to get through life. God loves your family and sees each of them. Bring them to Him regularly and trust Him to provide for them and to lead them toward Himself.

May the Lord comfort those who mourn and draw them to the hope that is only in Jesus. May He give you peace as you rest in His fatherly care, wisdom for work and daily provision, grace in every relationship, and healing and strength for your body. Keep seeking Him first, and trust that as your walk with Him is renewed, He will bring His order and love into every other part of your life.
