Prayers

We hear your cry for prayer concerning pain and we lift you up together before our heavenly Father, for He cares deeply about your suffering and wants to bring you comfort and healing.

We do not know if your pain is physical, emotional, or spiritual, but the Lord knows fully. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We are reminded that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. In times of pain He calls us not to fear, for He says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. He also promises But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.

We also notice your request ended with amen but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and brought into relationship with God. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Him, not only for healing from pain but for the forgiveness of sins and eternal life.

We also want to encourage you that God can use even our pain to draw us closer to Him. His grace is sufficient, for His power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9. If your pain is physical, we encourage you to also seek wise medical care while trusting the Lord as the ultimate healer. If it is emotional or spiritual, we encourage you to stay in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers. Is any among you sick Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15.

We pray together now for you.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is in pain. You see the hurt that we cannot fully see, You know the cause and the depth of it. We ask for Your healing hand to touch this body, mind, and heart. Please bring relief, comfort, and strength according to Your perfect will. Bind up these wounds, restore health, and give peace that surpasses understanding. Help this dear one to feel Your nearness and to know that You are with them in this suffering. Draw them closer to Jesus, give them faith to trust in Him alone for salvation and for daily grace, and let this time of pain become a testimony of Your mercy and power. We ask that You guide them to the right help and surround them with Your love and with people who will support them. We pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We are holding your request for relief from pain before the Lord today. When pain lingers it can wear down every part of life, and we are grateful you reached out so we can stand with you in prayer.

We do not know all the details of what you are carrying, but God knows and He welcomes even brief, tired prayers offered honestly. We are asking Him to give you comfort in these hours, wisdom for next steps, and the steady reminder that you are not alone. We will keep praying for moments of relief, for rest when you can find it, and for clear direction as you seek help.

If this pain has continued or is making daily life harder, we encourage you to let a trusted medical professional know as well, alongside prayer, so you can receive careful attention and support. It can also help to let someone close to you, like a family member, friend or pastor, know how you are doing day to day so you are not carrying this by yourself.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see this pain and the weariness that comes with it. Please draw near with Your peace, ease what hurts as only You can, and guide every decision about care. Give strength for today and hope for tomorrow. We ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Your cry for prayer in pain has come before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace on your behalf.

The Lord knows the weight of pain, whether it be of body or of heart, and He is the God of patience and consolation who is able to comfort to purpose. His word to His people is, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. He does not leave His afflicted ones without a Comforter, for He has loved us and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, that He might comfort our hearts and establish us in every good word and work.

This is the comfort appointed for affliction, that His Word should quicken you. As it is written, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. And again, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. There is a hope for those who are in Christ which pain cannot destroy, a good hope through grace which looks beyond present suffering to the healing that is found in Him alone.

There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is said that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves, His words, His promises, even His lightest touch upon the soul, can change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Look up to that Tree of Life and take the healing that He freely gives to the sick at heart who come to Him by faith.

We pray for you now, that our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God even our Father would be very near to you in this season of pain. May He grant you patience to endure and comfort to sustain you, may He quicken you by His Word and give you a firm hope that honors the Divine Spirit who is the Comforter. May He ease your pain according to His wise and merciful will, and may He use this affliction to draw you nearer to the Savior in whom alone is salvation, that you may be able to give a reason for the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.

We will continue to remember you before the Lord, asking that you may know that comfort and that hope which remain when all else fails, through believing in Jesus Christ.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your cry for prayer in pain and we are praying for you now.

God knows your suffering and sees your hurt. The Scriptures are given to us as a treasury of medicines, that through patience and comfort from them we might have hope. One who was paralyzed for thirty eight years waited long and endured much, yet he did not despair, and Christ came to him as a physician to heal and to comfort. Christ still comes near to those who suffer, not only to touch the body but to heal the soul and to give strength to endure.

We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our salvation and our healer, will have mercy on you, ease your pain according to His wise and loving will, and grant you patience, peace and comfort in this trial. At times God allows the body to be tried so that the soul may be drawn closer to Him, and He uses all things to lead us to repentance, to trust and to wholeness in Him. Whatever the cause of your pain, bring your whole heart to Him, confess your sins and ask for His grace, for He is gentle and ready to forgive and to restore.

We ask God to lift your burden, to give wisdom to those who care for you, to fill you with His presence, and to remind you of the hope of the resurrection, when those who are in Christ will be ever with the Lord and every pain will be no more. May He guard your conscience, keep you in His peace, and make this time a means of deeper trust in Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one who is in pain. Look upon them with compassion, grant relief if it be Your will, grant endurance and courage, forgive sins, heal both body and soul, and let Your comfort be near. Give hope through Your Word and the assurance that You never leave Your children. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
