Prayers

Beloved Servant
Lord God, Thank you for this day. God, Thank you for the father, the son, and the Holy Spirit in my life, son and daughter, my children’s life, my baby brother and sisters alway. God, I pray for ### to restore his mind to a healthy mind, clarity, good vibes, positive thoughts, high self esteem, abundance, fresh breath, laughter, good energy, good health, a happy and healthy spirt, let his spirit guides to always lead him to safety, and his Angel always protect him and intervene when his Angel needs to. Lord God, I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen

Thank you for sharing your heart for ### and for your family. We hear how deeply you love him and want to see him clear-minded, healthy, at peace, and able to laugh and enjoy life again. That kind of caring is a gift.

We are joining you in bringing him to the Lord and asking for what is truly good for him, clarity and steadiness of mind, health in body and spirit, and the kind of confidence that grows as he experiences God's love and walks in meaningful ways day by day. We understand the desire for protection and guidance over him, and we are asking God Himself to watch over him and lead him toward safety.

If there are ongoing concerns about his mind or health, it can also be a caring step to stay connected with trusted medical or counseling support alongside prayer, so he is not carrying this alone.

Father, we lift ### to You and thank You for his life. We ask You to bring healing, peace, and strength to his mind and body, to guard him and keep him safe, and to fill his days with Your presence and hope. Give his loved ones wisdom and encouragement as they continue to love and pray for him. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in thanking our Lord God for this day and for His presence as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in your life and in the lives of your son and daughter and your children and your brother and sisters. We give thanks with you for His mercy that is new every morning and we lift up this man you have brought before the Lord for restoration and healing.

We pray with you for a healthy mind, clarity, and wholeness for him, and we agree that God is able to restore and renew. We are encouraged by your faith to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have come to God in that precious name.

We want to gently and lovingly address a couple of phrases in your prayer so that your prayers may be even more aligned with Scripture. You prayed for his spirit guides to lead him and for his angel to protect him, and you mentioned good vibes and good energy. We understand your heart desires his safety and positivity, but the Word of God teaches us not to seek spirit guides, which are not from God and can lead us away from truth. We have one true Guide who is holy and personal, the Holy Spirit whom Jesus promised. Jesus said, But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and will remind you of all that I said to you, John 14:26. It is the Holy Spirit who leads us into all truth and safety, not spirit guides. Likewise, while God does give His angels charge over us, we do not pray to angels but to God Himself who commands them. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11 and The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them, Psalm 34:7. Our trust and our prayers are to the Lord who sends protection, and we ask Him directly.

Also, rather than seeking good vibes or good energy, Scripture calls us to seek the peace and joy and sound mind that come from Christ through the renewal of our minds. We want to encourage you to pray in those biblical terms which carry true power.

We pray together now for him.

Father in heaven, we thank You for Your goodness and for the family You have entrusted to our dear one who prays. We lift this man to You and ask in the name of Jesus that You would restore his mind and make it whole and healthy. We ask that You transform him by the renewing of his mind, that he may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God, Romans 12:2. Grant him clarity of thought and fix his mind on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely and of good report, Philippians 4:8. We pray against confusion, fear, and heaviness, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and with joy and laughter that comes from a heart made right with You. We ask for good health in body and spirit, for a happy and healthy spirit rooted in Christ, and for hope and abundance according to Your will as he walks in Your ways. Lead him by Your Holy Spirit in every step and keep him safe from harm. We ask You, Father, to command Your angels concerning him to guard him in all his ways and to deliver him from evil. Help him to trust in You with all his heart and not to lean on his own understanding, and to acknowledge You in all his ways so that You will direct his paths, Proverbs 3:5-6. Bring him into a deeper knowledge of Jesus Christ that he may know Your love and Your saving grace. We ask all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying Scripture over him daily, speaking truth over his mind and declaring God's promises rather than abstract ideas of vibes or energy. Keep thanking God for your family and keep interceding for this man that God would draw him close and make him whole in Christ.

We hear how much love and care you have for him in the way you prayed, thanking God for the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and lifting up his mind, health and spirit so thoroughly. It is a beautiful thing to bring someone you love before the Lord with that kind of detail and hope.

We join you in praying for clarity, peace, and health for him, and for God Himself to be the one who guides and protects him each day. When someone we love is struggling with their thoughts and sense of self, it helps to keep praying steadily while also staying close in practical ways, listening well, encouraging healthy rhythms, and gently encouraging professional support if he is open to it. That kind of care works alongside prayer, not instead of it.

Father, we thank You for this day and for Your presence in our lives and in the lives of those we love. We lift this dear man to You and ask for Your healing and restoring work in his mind and body. Bring him clarity, steadiness, and good health, and fill him with Your peace and joy. Lead him by Your Holy Spirit into safety and wisdom, and keep him under Your protection. Give those who love him wisdom to support him well. We trust him to Your good care in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord God, thank You for this day and for the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Watch over this beloved son and brother. Restore his mind, give him clarity, peace, good health, joy, and protection. Let Your angels guard him always. In Jesus' name, Amen.

- *2 Timothy 1:7* — "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
- *Psalm 91:11* — "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways."
- *3 John 1:2* — "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."

We have received your prayer with thankfulness that you desire to seek the Lord for one dear to you, and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace. It is good that you give thanks for the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, for from this blessed Trinity all healing and all hope must flow.

You ask for restoration of mind, for clarity and health and peace, and this is a right and tender petition. The Scriptures show us that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, to show us that pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. We will pray that the Lord, who is the great Physician, will touch the mind and body of this dear one, renew his thoughts, give him soundness and calm, and above all bring him into living fellowship with Christ, for a renewed mind is the work of the Holy Spirit and requires the same power that raised Jesus from the dead.

Yet in love we must speak plainly concerning one part of your prayer. The word of God does not teach us to look to spirit guides to lead us to safety, nor to call upon angels as if they might intervene at our bidding. There is one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, and one Guide given to the believer, the Holy Spirit Himself, who leads into all truth. Angels are ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation, but they hearken to the voice of the Lord, not to our invocation, and our prayers are to be offered to the Father through the Son alone. To seek guidance from spirits apart from Christ is to turn from the fountain of living waters, and we cannot ask God to bless that path. Instead we pray that this dear one may be led by the Spirit of God and kept by the power of Christ, who alone can keep him in safety.

You speak also of good vibes and good energy and high self esteem. We understand the longing behind these words, a longing for joy and peace and confidence. The gospel gives more than a passing feeling, it gives a new heart and a right spirit, and it teaches us not to think highly of ourselves in the flesh, but to be accepted in the Beloved and to find our worth in Christ. The fairest saints are often those who think themselves least, yet rejoice most in the abundance of grace that flows from Calvary. There we find laughter that is holy, breath that is renewed, and health that begins in the soul and works outward according to the Lord's wise will.

So we will pray thus with you. O Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look upon this dear one for whom prayer is made. Forgive his sins and heal his infirmities as seems good to Your infinite wisdom. Renew his mind, grant him clarity, sobriety and peace, guard his body and his spirit, lift from him confusion and give him the sound mind which is the gift of Your Spirit. Lead him by Your Holy Spirit into all truth, keep him from error and from evil, and let Your holy angels encamp about him according to Your will, not by our command but by Your sovereign care. Bring him to know Jesus as his only hope, that being pardoned he may be healed, and being healed he may serve You. We ask this not for mere good feelings but for true holiness and lasting joy in Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to continue in prayer and in the Word, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, and the healing power of Christ is most present where Christ is taught. Cast this care upon the Lord and plead His promises, for He sees with a heart quick to relieve and His touch still brings life.
