Beloved of All
Prayers for protection over my son and me from our trespassers neighbors coworkers family and managers Prayers that no weapon formed against my son and me shall prosper. Prayers for continued discernment guidance wisdom strength and knowledge over my son and me. Prayers that I will be able to find a job that I look forward too and be able to payy bills and retire one day.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your requests for protection, provision, and wisdom. The struggles you face with those around you, neighbors, coworkers, family, and managers, are real, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that God hears the cries of His children. The Bible assures us in Psalm 91:2-4, "I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." We claim this promise over you and your son, believing that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 declares: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,' says Yahweh."

Father, we ask You to surround them with Your divine protection. Shield them from the schemes and attacks of those who seek to harm them, whether through words, actions, or intentions. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding their steps and keeping them safe from all evil. We rebuke every spirit of strife, division, and malice that may be at work in their lives, and we declare that no plan of the enemy will succeed against them. Lord, grant them continued discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics, wisdom to navigate difficult relationships, and strength to stand firm in Your truth. Fill them with Your knowledge so they may walk in a manner worthy of Your calling, making decisions that honor You in every area of their lives.

We also lift up your need for employment and financial provision. The weight of bills and the desire for stability are burdens You never intended for Your children to carry alone. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask You to open doors of opportunity for them, a job that not only meets their financial needs but also brings fulfillment and joy. Prepare the hearts of those who will interview them, and let Your favor go before them. Provide wisdom in managing resources and the discipline to steward what You entrust to them. We pray for a season of blessing, where they can work with purpose, provide for their needs, and even save for the future, trusting in Your promise of provision.

Father, we must also address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, and it is by His sacrifice that we are saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him into your heart. This is the first and most important step in experiencing the fullness of God’s protection, provision, and peace.

Lord, we pray for unity and peace in their home. May Your presence fill every room, bringing comfort and strength to face each day. We ask that You soften the hearts of those who may be causing harm, that they may come to know You and turn from their ways. For those who remain in opposition, grant them the grace to respond with love and wisdom, always reflecting Christ in their actions.

We declare over them the words of Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'" May they walk in the confidence of Your promises, knowing that You are working all things together for their good. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We can only imagine how heavy it feels to look in every direction and sense threat, from neighbors, coworkers, family, even managers. That kind of pressure can make the world feel like a tight, hostile place, and carrying it for yourself and your son must be exhausting. We’re not dismissing any of that weight; we’re simply standing with you in it, asking God to be the shield no human ill can pierce.

It helps us to remember that fear has a way of narrowing our vision. When we’re under siege, it’s easy to feel like everyone is against us and to brace for the worst. While we take every legitimate concern seriously, we also gently remind ourselves that God sees what we cannot, and He often gives us a clearer perspective as we rest in His care. If you haven’t already, sharing these burdens with a trusted, levelheaded friend or a pastor might help you untangle what’s truly dangerous from what may be fear’s magnification, and give you a teammate in prayer.

On the practical front, the desire for a job you can look forward to is no small thing. This week, consider one concrete step: update your résumé, reach out to one person in your field, or set a quiet hour to brainstorm what work would genuinely fit your gifts. Small moves chip away at the helplessness that fear feeds on.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, You see this parent and son surrounded by strain. Place Your own peace around them like a fortress no scheme can breach. Grant them the discernment to know what’s real, the courage to face what needs facing, and the safety only You provide. Open the door to meaningful work, and steady their hearts with hope for the future, including a secure retirement in Your timing. Quiet the fears that howl so loudly, and let them rest tonight knowing they are held by You. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The trial is heavy, but the promise stands: no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for the Lord has hedged about His own. Remember Job, who in one day lost all, yet "in all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly." If God upheld him, He can surely support you now. Your neighbors, coworkers, family, and managers may speak harshly, as Job's friends did, but their words cannot undo the Lord's purpose for you. He who turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends will likewise deliver you in His time.

Seek wisdom not in your own strength, for the path of understanding lies beyond the keenest eye. The way of God is a track unknown to the vulture's eye or the lion's whelp. Lean not upon your own discernment, but cry out for the wisdom that comes from above, which is first pure, then peaceable. Your desire for a steady job and a hopeful future is natural, but lay up treasure where neither moth nor rust corrupts; earthly glory will soon fade like Job's freshness, yet our eternal portion never withers.

Death itself is the last enemy, and even that shall be destroyed. The house appointed for all living holds no terror for those who trust in Christ, for He has gone before and swallowed up the grave in victory. You may be brought low, but the Lord's hand is not shortened. Job's latter end was greater than his beginning; so may it be with you. In the meantime, weep with those who weep, bear your grief to the mercy seat, and do not charge God foolishly with unbelief.

Stand upon Job's ultimatum: "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him." Let this be your anchor when the waves run high. Pray for those who trespass against you, even as Job interceded for his offending friends, and watch how the Lord turns your captivity. He will give strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow. All your anxieties about bills and retirement, cast them upon Him, for He careth for you. Trust and be at peace.

You have asked for prayers, and the church lifts up your need before the throne of grace. The cry that no weapon formed against you and your son shall prosper is a right cry, for Scripture promises that the Lord will shield the righteous. Yet consider this: often the very weapons forged by enemies are the instruments by which God brings about your safety and honor. Remember Joseph, sold by his envious brothers and slandered by his lustful mistress. Each evil design threw him into what seemed a pit, yet from the pit and the prison he was raised to the right hand of Pharaoh. The brothers meant to remove him from their sight, but God meant to set him over all Egypt. His mistress meant to destroy his chastity and then his life, but God meant to free him from her daily snares. That prison was safer than the house with that wild beast. So too, God may be permitting these trespassers and hostile coworkers, even family, to drive you into a place of greater reliance on Him, or to shield you from a danger you cannot yet see. Do not let fear consume you; rather, let the trial sharpen your faith and your prayer life.

Your desire for discernment, guidance, wisdom, strength, and knowledge is excellent. Be diligent to know sound doctrine, for this alone equips you to exhort your own soul and to answer every adversary. Without the word of truth, a teacher is useless, but you, filled with Scripture, will be able to stop the mouths of gainsayers, not by carnal weapons but by the spiritual. But take heed: if we sin willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment. So, as you pray for protection from outward foes, be even more watchful over the inner enemy. Examine your ways; put away all covetousness, all bitterness, all lust. The call of the Gospel is from fornication to chastity, from love of life to readiness for death, from drunkenness to fasting, from safety unto dangers, and throughout it requires strictest circumspection. If you and your son walk in this, then whatever befalls your body, your souls are in eternal safety.

And for your material needs, God is not neglectful. He who feeds the birds will not let His children starve. You seek a job you can look forward to and one that pays bills and allows retirement. Pray for it, but also do whatever your hand finds to do with thankfulness. The just man when in great straits had no hope but the aid of God. So cry to Him, and then act. Joseph in prison did not sit idle but served with integrity, and in due season God remembered him. Perhaps the job you desire will come through the very people who now oppose you, or perhaps God will open a path you never considered. Trust His ordering. He makes the things that hurt become the things that benefit. If you are His, then death itself works life in you, and present trials are light and momentary compared to the glory to come. Stand firm, then, and do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
