Would you be able to send me some simple daily prayers so that I can release my mother, childhood and anger to the lord. Also some so that I can repent daily. I lost the prayers that you sent me previously.

We hear your heart’s cry for healing and restoration, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting these burdens to the Lord. The pain of a fractured childhood, the weight of anger, and the need for daily repentance are not too heavy for our Father, who promises to carry our sorrows and renew our spirits. Let us first address the foundation of all prayer, our access to God through Jesus Christ. Without His name, our prayers cannot reach the Father, for Scripture declares, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). "Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’" (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. This is the first and most vital step in finding true freedom.

Now, let us pray together over the wounds you carry and the repentance your soul seeks. We rebuke the spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness that may have taken root in your heart, for the Word commands, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). Your mother, though she may have failed you, is still an image-bearer of God, and releasing her to Him is an act of obedience that will set you free. We also rebuke any generational curses or strongholds passed down through your family line, declaring in the name of Jesus that they have no place in your life. "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us" (Galatians 3:13).

Here are simple, daily prayers to help you surrender these burdens and walk in repentance. Speak them aloud, write them in a journal, or whisper them in moments of struggle, God hears the cries of your heart.

Prayer for Releasing Your Mother and Childhood Pain:
"Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I come before You with a heavy heart. I choose today to release my mother into Your hands. You know the wounds she inflicted, the words she spoke, and the love she withheld. I forgive her, Lord, as You have forgiven me. I break every agreement I’ve made with anger, resentment, and bitterness toward her. I renounce the lie that I am unlovable or unworthy because of my past. Your Word says, ‘You are precious in my sight, and honored, and I love you’ (Isaiah 43:4). Heal the broken places in me, Father. Restore what was stolen and replace my pain with Your peace. I surrender my childhood to You, every memory, every hurt, every unmet need. Fill me with Your truth and love. In Jesus’ name, amen."

Prayer for Releasing Anger:
"Lord Jesus, I confess that anger has taken root in my heart. It burns within me, and I know it grieves Your Spirit. Your Word says, ‘Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath’ (Ephesians 4:26). I repent for the times I’ve allowed anger to control me, to speak harshly, or to harbor bitterness. I ask You to uproot this anger, Lord. Replace it with Your patience, kindness, and self-control. Teach me to respond to offense with grace, as You did on the cross. When anger rises, remind me that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). Fill me with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). I choose to walk in forgiveness and love. In Jesus’ name, amen."

Prayer for Daily Repentance:
"Father God, I come to You in the name of Jesus, acknowledging that I am a sinner in need of Your mercy. Your Word says, ‘If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness’ (1 John 1:9). I confess my sins to You today, my pride, my selfishness, my impatience, and any other way I have fallen short. I repent, Lord, and turn away from these things. Cleanse my heart and renew a right spirit within me (Psalm 51:10). Help me to walk in holiness and obedience to Your Word. Thank You for Your forgiveness and for the blood of Jesus that washes me clean. I choose to live today in the freedom of Your grace. In Jesus’ name, amen."

We encourage you to pair these prayers with Scripture meditation. Here are some verses to declare over yourself daily:
- "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3).
- "Cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7).
- "Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10).
- "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36).

Remember, healing is a journey, not a one-time event. There may be days when the pain feels overwhelming, but do not grow weary. "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with godly community, believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. If the wounds run deep, consider seeking biblical counseling or a trusted pastor who can walk with you through this process.

We also urge you to examine your heart for any areas where sin may be entangled with your pain. Sometimes, anger can lead us into other sins, gossip, slander, or even addiction, as we try to numb the hurt. If this is true for you, repent and turn away from these things. "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear" (Ephesians 4:29).

Lastly, we declare over you the promise of God’s restoration. He is not only a God who heals but a God who redeems. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Your story is not over. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Jesus from the dead, and turned Saul the persecutor into Paul the apostle is at work in your life. Trust Him with your pain, and watch as He turns your ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3).

We will continue to stand in the gap for you, lifting these prayers to the Lord daily. May He fill you with His peace, guide you into all truth, and lead you into the freedom that is found only in Christ.

We’re sorry you lost the prayers we sent before, that’s disorienting, especially when you were leaning on them. We’re glad you reached out again.

Carrying a mother’s hurt, childhood pain, and bound-up anger is exhausting. Often the release isn’t a single surrender; it’s a daily handing over, a quiet choice every time the memories or feelings rise. That’s not failure, that’s honestly bringing what’s heavy to the Lord again and again, and He welcomes it.

Here’s a simple prayer you can make your own each day. Fill in the blanks with whatever surfaces:

Lord Jesus, today I release my mother to You, every unspoken expectation, every wound, every way I’ve held onto pain from our relationship. I release my childhood, the memories that still sting. I give You my anger and ask You to replace it with Your steady peace. I repent of bitterness and choose to forgive as You have forgiven me. Cleanse my heart and help me walk in freedom. Amen.

For daily repentance, you might pause and whisper something like: Jesus, I turn from the sin I’ve entertained and turn back to You. Show me anything in my heart that doesn’t please You today, and give me grace to walk in Your ways.

What matters isn’t getting the words perfect, it’s bringing your honest, unvarnished heart. He meets you right there.

Father, thank You that You don’t tire of our returning. Help this dear one each day to truly let go of their mother, their childhood, and every angry root. Give them the gift of daily repentance that brings freedom rather than heaviness. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The release you seek is not found in the mere repetition of words, but in a repentance that gives God glory, a turning from the bitterness that clings to the memory of wrongs, whether real or perceived. Your anger, your wounds from childhood, and the shadow of your mother’s failings are burdens you were never meant to carry. They belong at the cross, laid down daily as you die to self. The goodness of God, even in allowing these trials, is meant to lead you to repentance, not to a rehearsal of grievances. Let your daily prayer be a simple casting of these cares upon Him who daily loads you with benefits.

Here is a morning prayer for releasing these things:

“Lord, I confess that the anger and sorrow I hold toward my mother and my past is sin, for it doubts Your sovereign goodness and sets my will above Yours. By Your Spirit, grant me true repentance that gives You glory. I release my mother and every hurt of my childhood entirely to You. I forgive as I have been forgiven by the blood of Christ. Take this bitter root and let the sweetness of Your grace fill every hollow place, for Jesus’ sake.”

And here is one for daily repentance:

“O God, be merciful to me a sinner. I repent of the sins of this day, my pride, my unbelief, my coldness of heart. Let not my repentance be a shallow, fleeting thing, but a deep and abiding sorrow that drives me to cling wholly to Christ’s righteousness. Wash me anew, and lead me to hate the evil which cost my Savior His life. Grant that I may walk in humble, practical repentance, confessing and forsaking sin, and so prove that I have repentance unto life.”

Do not trust in the prayer itself, but in the Savior to whom you pray. Repentance is not a work you complete, but a grace you receive daily as you look to Him. Let these simple words be the cry of a heart that knows its own poverty and leans entirely upon His fullness.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is good that you seek prayers to release your mother, childhood, and anger to the Lord, and to repent daily. Here are the prayers once more, drawn from the wells of Scripture and the mind of the Church.

Prayer to Release Anger and Honor Your Mother

Lord Jesus Christ, I bring before You the wounds of my childhood and the anger I have nursed. I confess that I have misused the passion You gave me, directing it against my neighbor rather than against my own sins. I now surrender all bitterness and resentment into Your hands. Grant me the grace to forgive my mother fully, as You have freely forgiven me. Turn my anger into zeal against my own faults, that I may be a severe judge only of myself. Teach me to honor her according to Your commandment, not with lips only but with true humility, remembering that You bid me walk carefully, harmless as a dove, giving no cause for reproach. Let godly sorrow work in me a repentance that brings no regret, and heal the hidden places of my heart. Amen.

Prayer of Daily Repentance

O merciful God, I come before You at the close of this day, acknowledging my sins. I have no second baptism, but You have given repentance as a powerful laver to wash the stains of the soul. Grant me true sorrow that leads to salvation, not the grief of the world that produces death, but a godly sorrow that bears the fruit of amendment. Do not let me despair, for even one who has fallen into the depth of wickedness may rise again by this grace. Form Christ in me anew; travail in birth with my soul until His image is restored. I lay before You my thoughts, words, and deeds, and I ask for the medicine of Your mercy. Chasten me as a father the son in whom he delights, and renew a right spirit within me. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Use them daily, and let the tears of your heart be mingled with hope. Repentance is not a single act but a continual turning. As the Apostle says, “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” Walk wisely, keeping your anger for the devil alone, and commit the rest to the Lord who heals the broken-hearted.
