We join with you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His goodness, mercy, and faithfulness in your life and the lives of your family. What a blessing it is to see your heart of gratitude and your prayers for Israel, America, and the body of Christ. We echo your thanksgiving, for it is written, *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:18, WEB). Your prayers for peace in Israel align with Scripture, as we are called to *"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper"* (Psalm 122:6, WEB). We lift up these nations and their people before the Lord, asking for His protection, wisdom for leaders, and a great spiritual awakening.

We rejoice with you in your desire to be a true follower of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have salvation, and as Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in the name of Jesus is the foundation of your prayers, and we commend you for ending your prayer in His mighty name, for *"whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13, WEB).

Now, we must address the matters of your friendship and your prayer for divorce or separation. First, regarding your friendship with this man, we urge you to consider the nature of this relationship carefully. You mention that you listen to him often, but we must ask: Is this friendship honoring to God? Are there boundaries in place that protect your heart and your walk with Christ? Scripture warns us, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If this man is not a believer or if this friendship is drawing you away from godly priorities, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s wisdom in setting healthy, biblical boundaries. Friendships should encourage our faith, not distract or hinder it.

As for your prayer for divorce or separation, we must approach this with great care and biblical clarity. Marriage is a covenant before God, and Scripture is clear that *"what therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart"* (Matthew 19:6, WEB). Divorce is not God’s design, and the Lord takes the commitment of marriage seriously. Jesus said, *"Whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and he who marries her when she is divorced commits adultery"* (Matthew 19:9, WEB). If you are in a marriage, we urge you to seek reconciliation and healing, for God is able to restore even the most broken relationships. *"All things are possible with God"* (Mark 10:27, WEB).

If you are facing difficulties in your marriage, we encourage you to seek godly counseling, prayer, and support from your church community. The Lord calls us to *"bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2, WEB). If there is unrepentant sin, abuse, or abandonment, Scripture does provide grounds for separation, but even then, the heart of God is always for redemption and restoration where possible.

If you are not currently married but are seeking separation from a relationship, we must remind you that any romantic or intimate relationship outside of marriage is sinful in God’s eyes. Fornication and emotional entanglements that are not centered on Christ and His design for marriage are not pleasing to Him. We urge you to repent and turn away from any relationship that does not honor God’s plan for purity and marriage between one man and one woman. *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, WEB).

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister before You, thanking You for her heart of gratitude and her desire to follow You. Lord, we ask that You fill her with Your Holy Spirit, giving her wisdom, discernment, and strength in every area of her life. Guide her in her friendships, Lord, and help her to establish boundaries that honor You. If there is any relationship in her life that is not pleasing to You, convict her heart and lead her to repentance and obedience.

Father, if she is married, we pray for healing, restoration, and reconciliation in her marriage. Soften hearts, Lord, and bring repentance where it is needed. Give her the grace to forgive and the strength to love as You have loved us. If there is sin or brokenness, Lord, expose it and bring redemption. If she is in a relationship outside of marriage, we pray that You would convict her heart and lead her to turn away from sin. Help her to seek purity and to trust in Your perfect plan for her life.

Lord, we pray for her walk with You. Strengthen her faith and help her to stand firm in Your truth. Surround her with godly counsel and support. Give her a hunger for Your Word and a heart that is fully surrendered to You. We ask all this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in prayer and in His Word. If you are struggling in any area, reach out to a trusted pastor or believer who can provide biblical guidance. Remember, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Stay rooted in Christ, and He will lead you in the way everlasting.
