We understand that you're feeling worried, but we want to remind you that the Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything. Instead, we should pray about everything and thank God for the answer to our prayers. This is God's will for us, which is described in His Word, the Bible. God wants us to trust Him with all our hearts and not rely on our own thoughts and feelings. We need to remember that God will always provide for our needs even when we do not see how He is going to do so. We can trust Him because He loves us.
In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB it says, Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You for Your mercy and for sending Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. Lord, right now we lift up our brother/sister who is feeling worried and anxious. We ask that You would remind them of Your promises and that You are always faithful to provide for our needs. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You because You care for them. We pray that You would help them to trust in You fully, and not rely on their own understanding. We also pray that they would seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that You will provide everything they need. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
Remember, it is good that you thanked God for His mercy and Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we must be saved. If you have not already, confess your sins, turn away from them, and believe in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will have peace with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
