Prayers To Restore My Relation

I am very much under grief due to the break up which I had a couple of weeks ago. I have been constantly praying to my Lord for my restoration. But whenever He shows me little hope, there are some evil spirits which are restricting her to talk to me. I don't know what to do. It's a long-distance relationship. But I am about to go to her place in a couple of months. I want her to be there for me. I love her a lot. I want God to help us solve our differences and come back together. I trust You, God, that You'll do a miracle in my painful life. Please bring her back into my life. I pray to You, Lord, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
