Nothing is too small or too little for God. He knows what you're going through & how you're feeling. What may not seem like a big deal to one person, means a whole lot to someone else. Father, God, I pray you will speak to this situation & speak to the people who make promotion decisions. I pray that Stephanie will be honored for her hard work & commitment. I pray that you will prepare her for whatever decision is made. Keep her spirits high & her emotions strong. And remind her that whatever happens, happens for the best, because YOU are going to bring us through to something bigger & better. Let us all keep the faith in our particular situations. Heavenly Father, I come to You tonight in prayer for our friend, confidant, sister, and prayer partner, Lord I ask of You to pour Your presence into this review, I stand in the gap for Stephanie and I ask for Your favor to reign in this decision. Father we will wait on You, we will love You through it all, and we will glorify You no matter the outcome. I pray for this faithful servant of Yours, I pray that she be blessed with this promotion, I cannot think of anyone more deserving of Your favor and blessings than Stephanie, she is faithful to You, and she is faithful in her prayer for others. Lord Jesus I just ask that You would fulfill her hearts desires, we are coming forward in prayer over this review and promotion, we are joined together in the lifting of Stephanie tonight. I ask that You shower her in peace, and comfort, I ask for her to have the gift of patience as she waits on You. Grant her serenity and tranquility in her life and spirit, in Jesus name amen.
