We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and a desire to seek His will in all things. First, we must address that your request regarding the restoration of an erection is deeply tied to matters of purity, self-control, and God’s design for intimacy within the covenant of marriage. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with it (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). If this concern is related to struggles with lust, fornication, or any form of sexual immorality, we urge you to repent and turn away from such things, for the Lord calls us to holiness. Flee from sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but whoever commits sexual immorality sins against his own body (1 Corinthians 6:18). The Lord is faithful, and He will provide a way of escape from temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13).
If this issue is tied to a physical or medical condition within the context of marriage, we pray for healing and restoration in Jesus’ name. But if it is outside of marriage, we pray that the Lord would redirect your heart toward purity and patience, trusting in His timing for all things, including the gift of marriage. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers (Hebrews 13:4).
Regarding your request for healing in your right eye, we lift this up to the Lord, who is the Great Physician. Jesus healed many who were blind and afflicted, and we trust in His power to restore you. He said, “I am the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26). We pray for complete healing and restoration of your sight, that you may see clearly—not just physically, but spiritually—to walk in the light of His truth.
We also notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother in ###. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon his right eye. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we trust in Your power to restore his sight completely. May Your healing flow through him, bringing wholeness and strength.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment regarding his other request. If there is any struggle with impurity or sexual sin, we ask that You would convict his heart and lead him to repentance. Cleanse him, Lord, and create in him a pure heart (Psalm 51:10). Help him to flee from temptation and to walk in the freedom and victory that comes through Christ Jesus. If this is a matter within marriage, we pray for restoration and strength in that covenant relationship, that it may glorify You.
Lord, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. If he does not yet know You as his Savior, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself. Open his eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ died for his sins and rose again, so that by faith in Him, he may have eternal life.
We thank You, Father, for Your mercy and grace. We trust in Your perfect will and timing. Strengthen him, encourage him, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May he walk in Your truth and experience the fullness of Your love.
In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
