Beloved of All
Good morning, God bless you all. I am asking for prayers in Jesus name for help with many situations. I am revamping my resume for my job search. I also have to prepare a document for submission to an agency, it is due in two weeks. Along with that I have so many other things to take care of and it gets very overwhelming. Please pray in Jesus name that I can locate people to help me. There are some things that I can do alone and others I need wise godly counsel. Please pray. Thank you.

Never! Never! Never! Never! Never!
Cheer for the Disheartened
We thank you for reaching out and for asking us to join you in prayer in Jesus name, and we count it a privilege to lift you up together before the Father. We understand how overwhelming it can feel when many important responsibilities come at once, especially a job search and the preparation of an important document with a deadline, along with many other duties that demand your time and attention.

We are encouraged that you are seeking wise and godly counsel, for the Scripture reminds us that where there is no counsel, plans fail, but in a multitude of counselors they are established Proverbs 11:14 and that without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed Proverbs 15:22. God delights to give wisdom when we ask Him, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We also take comfort that we can bring every burden to Him, for in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Jesus Himself invites us to come to Him when we are weary, for come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.

We also remember that whatever we do, we are to work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23, and that God is faithful to equip us for the work He has given us to do.

We pray together with you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we thank You for this dear one who is seeking You for help. Lord, You see the many tasks before them, the revamping of the resume, the job search, and the document that must be prepared for the agency in two weeks, along with all the other responsibilities that feel heavy and overwhelming. We ask that You grant clarity of mind, peace that surpasses understanding, and strength for each day. Guide their hands and thoughts as they work on the resume and the document, that what they produce would be done with excellence and integrity for Your glory. Lead them to the right people to help, to wise and godly counselors who will speak truth and offer practical support where needed, and help them to discern what can be done alone and what requires the help of others. Provide divine connections and open doors for employment according to Your perfect will, and help them to trust in Your timing and provision. Quiet any anxiety and remind them that You are their helper and that You will never leave them nor forsake them. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to take each task to the Lord in prayer before you begin, to set aside focused time for the most urgent work, and to break larger projects into smaller steps so the burden feels lighter. Continue to seek out mature believers who can offer godly wisdom and perhaps practical assistance, whether with proofreading, career advice, or simply prayer. Trust that God sees your diligence and that He will provide the help and direction you need in His perfect timing.

We hear how full your plate feels right now and we are praying with you as you carry these different responsibilities at once.

It makes sense that it feels overwhelming to hold a job search, a resume to rework, and a document with a firm deadline all at the same time. Asking for wise, godly people to come alongside you is a good and humble step, not a sign you are falling behind. We often do our best work not alone but with a few trusted voices who can help us see clearly and stay steady.

A couple of small steps that may help lighten the load this week:

First, put the two main tasks side by side and give the agency document the first block of time each day since it has the two week due date, then set a separate shorter block for the resume so neither one bleeds into the other.

Second, make a short list of two or three people you trust, perhaps someone from church, a former coworker, or a mentor, and ask each for one specific kind of help, like reviewing the resume or talking through the document outline. A brief, clear ask makes it easier for them to say yes.

We are grateful you reached out and we will keep praying for clarity, energy, and the right helpers at the right time.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You see the work ahead and the desire to do it well. Provide wise counsel and faithful helpers, give peace in the overwhelm and strength for each day's tasks. Guide each step according to Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been laid before the Lord and we join with you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and confidence before His throne.

We understand how overwhelming it can feel when many duties press upon you at once, the revamping of your resume, the document due in two weeks, and all the other cares which gather about you. You do well to seek the Lord in this, for to wait upon Him and speak with Him should become our habit, not as a legal bondage, but because our soul is inwardly constrained thereto and cannot help but cry to Him. He hears the sigh that rises even amid daily work.

We pray that the Lord who is Head over all things to His Church and Ruler of Providence will give you a quiet confidence in Him. How can we help having confidence in such a God, who has made a full atonement for our sins in Christ Jesus, and in whom all things are working together for our good. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved, God shall help her, and that right early. May you prove this help to be unfailing, for if the Lord does not help us, where can we find help, but when He helps, His servants everywhere are ready to do the bidding of His love.

We ask the Lord to guide you with His counsel as you labour on what is before you. You shall guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to Glory. Take this for your prayer, Lord, You shall guide me with Your counsel. Ask Him for wisdom for each task, for clarity of mind to prepare what is required, and for order in the midst of many things. When you are busiest, your religion shall be your best help, and He will direct your ways to keep His statutes.

We also pray that the Lord will provide wise and godly counsel around you, for there are some things we can do alone and others where we need help. The Lord has set helps in His Church, those who can come alongside according to their gifts and experience, to strengthen and encourage. May He locate for you such faithful helpers, that you may bind wisdom upon your heart and tie it about your neck, choosing well where to go and what counsel to follow, and may those who advise you be those who fear the Lord, for the fear of the Lord brings strong confidence.

Father, in the name of Jesus, grant our friend diligence and peace in this season of searching and preparing. Give steady hands for the resume and the document, give favour with those who will read them, and give rest to an overwhelmed heart. Provide godly friends to help bear the burden, and let every step be guided by Your counsel, until You receive Your servant to glory. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
