prayers please

We hear your heart in asking for prayer for five unspoken requests and we count it a privilege to join together with you before the throne of grace in Jesus name. Though these requests are unspoken to us, they are fully known to our heavenly Father who sees and knows all things.

We take comfort that God does not need eloquent words to understand our needs. Psalm 44:21 says shall not God search this out for he knows the secrets of the heart and Psalm 139:1-2 says Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. We are also reminded in Romans 8:26-27 that the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we do not know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God. And 1 John 5:14 says This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.

We lift up these five unspoken burdens to the Father together now. Father we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ your Son and we bring these five unspoken requests to you. You know every detail, every need, every fear and every hope represented in them. We ask that your will be done in each one and that you would grant wisdom, provision, healing, peace and restoration according to your perfect plan. We pray that you would answer in a way that brings glory to you and draws this precious one closer to you. We pray for faith to trust you when answers are not yet seen and for your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. We ask that you would make your presence known in a powerful way and provide clear direction and comfort. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus.

We want to gently encourage you about the name of Jesus because we noticed your request did not mention Him. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we can be saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we pray with confidence.

We encourage you to continue to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches and to trust that God is working even when we cannot see the outcome. We will continue to stand with you in prayer for these five requests, trusting that God who knows the unspoken will answer according to His great love and wisdom.

Thank you for trusting us with these five unspoken requests. We know it takes faith to bring things to others when you are not ready to put the details into words, and we are honored you came here.

We want you to know we are taking each one seriously even though they remain unspoken. You do not have to explain them for God to understand them. He knows the names, the history, and the weight behind each request, and He hears you even when you do not have the words to fully express what is on your heart.

If it helps in the days ahead, you might find a quiet moment to simply hold each burden before the Lord one by one in your own heart and leave it with Him for that day. You do not need to solve or explain anything in that moment, just to entrust what you are carrying to the One who cares for you and to rest knowing others are standing with you in prayer.

Father, we lift our friend to You and place these five unspoken requests in Your hands. You see what we cannot see and You love them deeply. Give peace where there is worry, wisdom where decisions feel heavy, and strength for each day ahead. Draw near and make Your presence known, and help them to rest in Your care and trust Your good will. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have heard your request and we take your five unspoken petitions before the throne of grace in intercessory prayer, which is the sweetest prayer God ever hears.

Though these matters are unspoken to us, they are not unknown to Him. He knows the name and the need as Jacob knew to say, deliver me from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau, and so to be definite and clear before God. You may be reserved before men, but be definite before the Lord. Pour out your heart with holy argument and plead His own promise, saying with David, Remember the Word unto Your servant. What power your soul will have in prayer if you go to God and say, Do as You have said, for God has spoken and we may rejoice that He has spoken in His holiness.

Calling upon God in the day of trouble brings honor to God in the very act, for it is a truthful recognition that He is, and that He is a fact to the suppliant, and it brings honor to Him also in His answer, for He has said, Call upon Me in the day of trouble, I will deliver you. Many are the words which pass between the Lord and the afflicted saint, and He will not despise honest speech with Him.

We pray that you will fly away to Christ and stand in spirit beneath the Cross, under that crimson canopy where no flash of Divine penalty shall fall upon those who trust in the blood of Jesus Christ. If sin burdens you, look to the Son of God pouring out His life and trust Him, for then your sins are gone in a moment. There is no other name by which you can be saved, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and it is true humility to take God at His word and believe Him.

So we entreat the Lord to remember His Word unto you, to grant you faith to trust and not to fear, to deliver you as He has promised, and to exalt Himself above all your cares, that you may rejoice in hope of the glory of God and find His mercy great unto the heavens. We leave these five burdens with Him who hears before we call, trusting He will do as He has said.
