Dear God:
I come before You with faith and trust in Your perfect plan for my life.
Lord, I ask You to bless the person who is coming to see my house. Please open their heart, let them love the house, and if it is Your will, let them see its value and offer me the price I am asking for. Please guide this sale and remove every obstacle standing in the way. Let everything come together smoothly and at the right time.
Father, I also ask You to open doors for me to find a good job outside of this area—one that will be stable, rewarding, and right for me. Lead me to the right opportunity and to the right people who can help me begin this new chapter.


Please guide me to a safe, peaceful, and affordable place to live, where I can feel comfortable and happy. Provide everything I need to cover my expenses and live with financial peace and stability.


I surrender my worries to You, Lord. Give me strength, wisdom, patience, and faith while You prepare the way before me.


Close the doors that are not meant for me and open the doors that are. Let this new beginning be guided by Your hands.


I believe that You are working behind the scenes, even when I cannot see the answer yet.

We join you in prayer with faith and thanksgiving for your trust in God's perfect plan and for surrendering this important transition to Him. We are encouraged by your heart to seek His will above your own desires, asking Him to open the doors that are meant for you and to close the ones that are not, and to prepare the way before you even when you cannot yet see the answer.

Scripture reminds us to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We are also reminded For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. Your request reflects that trust, and we pray God will give you strength, wisdom, patience and faith as you wait on His timing, for we know that to those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.

We bring your specific needs before our Father together. We pray for the person coming to see your house, that the Lord would guide that meeting according to His will. If it is His plan for this buyer to be the one, we ask Him to let them see the true value of the home and to remove every obstacle so the sale may come together smoothly and at the right time and for the right price. We pray for His clear guidance toward a stable and rewarding job outside of this area, that He would lead you to the right opportunity and to the right people who can help you begin this new chapter. We ask Him to provide a safe, peaceful and affordable place to live where you can feel comfortable and at rest, and to supply all you need to cover your expenses with financial peace and stability, for My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We pray He will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go and guide you with his eye Psalm 32:8.

We surrender your worries with you, asking God to guard your heart and mind as you wait. We pray In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. May He quiet your anxieties and fill you with His peace and assurance that He is working behind the scenes for your good. We ask Him to give you wisdom in each decision, patience in the waiting, and unwavering faith to believe that His hands are guiding this new beginning.

We thank God that you have come before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. We continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that He will make your steps firm and establish your future in His perfect time. Amen.

We are standing with you as you wait on these big decisions. A showing coming up, a hoped for move, a new job and a new place to live, that is a heavy load to hold all at once, and we appreciate the honest way you brought it to the Lord.

We love your prayer to have doors opened and closed according to His leading. That surrender is itself a steady place to stand while details are still unclear.

If it helps to have a few small footholds this week: for the showing, a quick walk through to make the house calm and welcoming and having your bottom line and paperwork clear in your mind beforehand can ease pressure in the moment. For work outside the area, it can help to write down what stable and rewarding means for you in this season, then update one page of your resume to reflect that and reach out to one or two trusted contacts in the region you are considering. For housing and expenses, jotting a simple budget of what affordable looks like monthly will give you a clear filter as you look.

We are asking God to meet you with wisdom and patience in the waiting.

Father, we bring our friend to You. You see the house, the job search, and the need for a safe and affordable home. Grant clarity for each next decision, provision for every real need, and peace as You lead step by step. Give strength for today and trust for tomorrow. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord with a humble and trusting heart, and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace where He delights to hear the cries of His people.

We are reminded of Job, who in all his affliction sinned not nor charged God foolishly, but fell down upon the ground and worshipped. He had heard of God, but at last he saw Him, and learned that even when the Lord seems to frown we may still make our approach unto Him in childlike confidence. The Scripture tells us, and the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed. So our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery. He who tried Job and afterwards gave him twice as much as he had before is still the same God, able to anoint His people with fresh oil and to renew their strength.

We pray with you and for you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father.

We ask the Lord to guide the sale of your house according to His wise and holy will. May He remove every obstacle, and if it be for your good and His glory, move upon the heart of the one who comes to see it, and order all things smoothly and in His perfect time. We pray that He will open doors for a good and stable employment beyond your present place, that He will lead you to the right opportunity and to the right people, and make plain the path that you should take. We ask Him to provide for you a safe, peaceful and affordable dwelling, a quiet habitation where you may live with comfort and contentment, and to supply all that you need for your daily expenses, that you may know financial peace and stability under His fatherly care.

We ask also that He would grant you strength, wisdom, patience and faith while He prepares the way before you. Teach you to wait as Job waited, with patient trust, believing that He is working behind the scenes even when the answer is not yet seen. May He close the doors that are not meant for you and open those that are, for it is never wise to dispute with God, but blessed to say, not as I will, but as Thou wilt.

May the Lord keep you in perfect peace as you surrender your worries to Him, for He cares for you. May He make His will known to you step by step, and cause this new beginning to be guided by His own hand, to His praise.

We commend you to His keeping and His providence, praying all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our only hope and Redeemer. Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
