We thank you for trusting us with your four unspoken requests and we count it a privilege to lift them before the Lord with you. Though they are unspoken to us, they are fully known to our Father, and we take comfort that He hears even the prayers we cannot put into words.
We are reminded that your Father knows what things you need before you ask him Matthew 6:8 and that Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar Psalm 139:1-2. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God Romans 8:26-27. We also cling to the promise that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14 and that we can cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why we always pray in His name. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we have access to God and the assurance that He hears our prayers. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him alone for salvation and to come to the Father through Him.
We now join together in prayer for you.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one to You and we bring these four unspoken requests before Your throne of grace. You know every detail, every burden, every hope and every fear attached to each one. We ask that You work in each situation according to Your perfect will and for Your glory. Grant wisdom where decisions are needed, provision where there is lack, healing where there is brokenness, comfort where there is sorrow, and strength where there is weakness. We pray that in nothing they would be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, their requests would be made known to You, and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to feel Your nearness and to trust Your goodness even when answers are not yet seen. Draw them closer to Jesus through these circumstances and let Your will be done in each of these four matters. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, trusting that He is faithful. We are standing with you and we thank God that He is already at work on your behalf.
