Mercy is not receiving the penalty you technically incurred. Ask Him to move the heart of the agent on the other end of the line. Ask Him to make a way where the automated rules say there is no way. You have a High Priest who understands the feeling of being hemmed in by unfair systems, and He invites you to come with confidence to find grace to help in time of need.
