Please pray that God will help me and ### give my cat ### her subcutaneous IV right now. We are getting ready to give it to her. Please pray that God will guide ###'s hands and allow him to insert the needle properly and in the correct spot. Please pray that God will help me hold ### without hurting her or stressing her out. Please pray that God will ease any pain this procedure causes and that God will keep ### calm and still during the treatment. Please pray that God will make this whole process successful. God is the only one that can help us. Thankyou. In Jesus name I ask of all these things and in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We join you right now in prayer for your precious cat and for both of you as you give her this treatment, and we thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is in His name we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved.

We know how much you love and care for this little one the Lord has entrusted to you, and we are reminded that the Lord cares for all His creation. Proverbs 12:10 tells us a righteous man respects the life of his animal, and Matthew 10:29 reminds us that not one sparrow falls to the ground apart from your Father. How much more does He see your love and concern in this moment. We also take comfort in Philippians 4:6-7 which says in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray together now for this procedure.

Father, in Jesus name we come before You together and we lift up this beloved cat to You. You know her by name and You see her need. We ask that You guide the hands that will place the needle, that You give steadiness and wisdom to place it properly and in the correct spot on the first try. Help the one holding her to do so gently without causing hurt or fear. Lord we ask You to ease any pain or discomfort this may cause and to keep her calm and still and at peace during the whole treatment. Let Your peace rest over her and over those caring for her. We ask that You make this whole process successful and use it to bring comfort and healing according to Your will. We trust this little life into Your loving hands and we thank You for Your compassion over all Your creatures. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to breathe deeply and rest in the Lord's presence as you do this. Speak softly and calmly to her, and trust that God is with you in this very moment guiding you. He hears your prayer and He is the only one who can help, and He is faithful to be near. We continue to hold you both in prayer.

It makes sense you would feel tense while trying to hold her gently and help her stay still. That tenderness you both have for her is already a gift to her, even as you do this hard and necessary task. God sees the careful love you are showing her right now.

If it helps, take a brief pause together before you begin to steady yourselves, have everything within reach just as your vet showed you, and keep your vet's number close by if you need reassurance during the process. We will keep praying after this treatment too, for her comfort and for your peace in the days ahead.

Father, we bring this moment to You. Guide his hands to be steady and accurate and help her be placed just right. Help her to remain calm and still and ease any discomfort she feels. Give you both peace and confidence as you hold and care for her, and let the treatment go smoothly according to Your mercy. Watch over this dear cat with Your kindness and keep her in Your care. Your earnest cry has been heard and we join you now at the throne of grace, for the Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth.

We pray that the God who keeps in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed upon Him, because they trust in Him, will grant you that perfect peace even in this anxious moment. May He quiet your heart and the heart of the one who holds the needle, so that anxiety does not unfit you for the duty before you, but that you may do the will of Jesus in rest, knowing that to do His will is rest.

We ask the great Physician, from whom abundant streams of healing flow, to guide the hands that must act. May He give steadiness and wisdom to insert the needle properly and in the correct place, and give you gentleness and calm as you hold your dear creature. The Lord cares for all His works, and not even a sparrow falls without His notice, how much more does His compassion extend to the creatures He has entrusted to our care.

We entreat Him to ease any pain this procedure may cause, to keep your cat calm and still, and to make the whole process successful according to His mercy. May that still small voice which alone confers the peace which passes all understanding breathe calm into this room, and may you feel that inward peace which comes from trusting Him fully.

We commit this need into the hands of Jesus, whose stripes are our healing and whose blood whispers peace within, and we ask all these things in His precious and prevailing name. Amen.
