We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter and this situation to our Heavenly Father. We understand the deep desire she has to be part of this team, and the disappointment that comes with feeling like an opportunity may have slipped away. Father, we ask that You would move in the hearts of the league directors, granting them wisdom and compassion as they consider your request. May they see the sincerity and passion in your daughter’s heart, and may You open the door for her to join this team if it is Your will.
Lord, we pray for peace to fill her heart while she waits. The emotions she is experiencing are real and valid, and we ask that You would comfort her and remind her of Your love and care for her. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your plans, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Even if the outcome is not what she hopes for, may she feel Your presence and know that she is deeply loved and supported by her family and by You.
We also pray for your family as you navigate this situation together. May you find strength in one another and in the Lord, and may this experience draw you closer to Him and to each other. Father, we ask that You would give your daughter joy and encouragement, no matter what the result may be. Help her to see that her worth is not defined by this opportunity, but by who she is in Christ.
We rebuke any spirit of discouragement or fear that may be trying to take hold of her heart. Instead, we declare that she is surrounded by Your love, and that You have a plan and a purpose for her life. We pray that she would grow in faith and resilience through this experience, and that she would continue to pursue her passions with a heart that seeks to honor You.
Lord, we thank You for the gift of this child and for the joy she brings to your family. We trust that You are working in this situation, and we ask that You would bring about the best possible outcome for her. May she feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and may she know that she is never alone because You are always with her.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
