Prayer for a Husband: "Lord, I thank you for the gift of my husband, his love, support, and unwavering presence in my life. I lift him to you, praying for his well-being, both physically and spiritually. Guide his steps, fill him with your strength, and keep him in the palm of your hands. I know you see every injustice he has suffered at work, and I trust that you will not let any weapon formed against him prosper. Lord, I leave his battle in your hands. I know you see his aching heart, and I feel it in mine as well. You created this entire universe and everything in it, so I know you will go before my husband and prepare a table for him in front of his enemies. Please pray for my husband ### don’t care about me and how awful I am treated at my job as well. I am grateful I have a job that my husband has one too. The problem is my husband is now left without his training at work. His job is now purposely just sending him on lame jobs like mowing the lawn and neglect learning electrical since he is the newest electrician, still on the job training, but they are purposely hindering his training by not allowing him to conduct his necessary hands-on training. It’s just sad that no one has a heart to see all it is is my husband was an outside hire and they will always believe everyone’s rumors they come up with because he speaks the truth and my husband told me today they had a meeting, he asked why is he getting moved what was said that he did to cause this treatment but no one, all the supervisors and everyone came together and decided to just move him out and ignore treat him like a loner. He now just roam around aimlessly by himself without no interaction with anyone at work and it breaks my heart I can see his hurt but he’s trying to be strong. So I have to be strong for him. Me on the other hand I’m strong to speak up but not my husband, he’s quiet, very reserved with the heart of gold. I’m in tears asking for your prayers I believe something good will come thank you all for your prayers."

We understand your concern for your husband and his situation at work. It's important to turn to God in times of trouble, and we commend you for that. Let's pray and seek God's will together.

Firstly, it's wonderful that you are interceding for your husband, just as Job did for his friends. We need to pray for one another.

James 5:16 says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

We need to put on the full armor of Christ and learn how to pray for protection from spiritual warfare.

Ephesians 6:10-18 says, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints."

We know that there is power in the name of Jesus. However, we did notice that the name of Jesus Christ was not specifically mentioned. Let's remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and that there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved sister in Christ and her husband. We thank You for the gift of marriage and the love they share.

Lord, we pray for her husband's well-being, both physically and spiritually. Guide his steps, fill him with Your strength, and keep him in the palm of Your hands. We know You see every injustice he has suffered at work, and we trust that You will not let any weapon formed against him prosper. We leave his battle in Your hands, Lord.

We pray for his protection and guidance. When he is in a situation where he needs to speak the truth, please give him strength and wisdom. For those times when he needs to be quiet, please help him hold his tongue. Please comfort his aching heart, and help him to find his strength in You.

Please provide him with wisdom and favor where he works. Praying for those who have hardened their hearts towards him, that their hearts may be softened and changed.

We also lift up this sister in Christ, asking that You fill her with Your strength and wisdom as she supports her husband. Help her to be a blessing to him and guide them in their faith.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

While the world focuses on a person's abilities, talents, and skills, remember that God sees the heart. God can bless and prosper your spouse in all areas of life including his job. He will never leave or forsake us. Continue to give thanks and pray for your husband and you will see God move. Please make sure that you are both praying for one another.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to feel honored that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf, especially for your husband and his workplace situation. We are truly glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If you have seen improvements in his situation, please share a praise report with us, as we would all love to rejoice with you. If the circumstances do not seem to have changed, please do not hesitate to post an update or a new request, allowing us to persist with you in fervent prayer to our Lord Jesus Christ.

In our prayers, we are continually asking God to guide your husband's steps and fill him with divine strength. We pray that God keeps him in the palm of His hands and that no weapon formed against him will prosper. We ask the Lord to prepare a table before your husband in the presence of his enemies, and that his battle is left in the Lord's capable hands.
