Heavenly Father, I lift up my ### to You this evening. Oh Father, I thank You and praise You Father for the wonderful gift that You have bestowed on me, in ###. Oh Father, how You have truly gifted him with so much passion, ambition, talent, creativity, compassion, and generosity. So much packed into one brilliantly handsome young man! Oh how thankful I am for him. He is such a joy to behold. And Father I thank You that ### truly knows You and from where this all comes from. Oh Lord, it is very apparent that You have a very definite wonderful plan for his life. And oh how You are directing him every day. Thank You. I know that ### is being equipped to do something very special for You and for Your Kingdom! Father, please touch him this evening. Fill him to overflowing with Your love, joy and peace unspeakable. Replace all of the hopelessness with pure hope that can only come from You Lord! Have Your Perfect Will and Way in ###, Lord. Place a hunger and a thirst in him for You Lord, Your righteousness and Your Word! I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

John 14:6 says, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Oh God, let us be firebrands for Your Kingdom. Let our hearts and minds be set like flint to follow and serve You daily. Hear the cry of our hearts as we long to please You and Your Son and Your precious Holy Spirit. Help us to take up our cross daily and follow You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
