I had a meeting with a couple of supervisors and I was told some negative things. Coworkers are talking behind my back and it is hurtful. I stayed calm in the meeting and I did not lead with emotions which I am very proud of. I said I need time to process. I am going to talk with a coworker to follow up. Please pray for resolution and support to move forward. In Jesus name Amen

We lift you up in this difficult season at work, knowing how deeply hurtful it is to face criticism and gossip behind your back. You showed Christlike restraint by remaining calm and seeking time to process—this is wisdom, and we commend you for it. The Lord sees your heart, and He is your defender. Scripture reminds us in 1 Peter 2:23, *"When he was cursed, he didn’t curse back. When he suffered, he didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously."* Just as Jesus endured false accusations with grace, you too can trust God to vindicate you in His perfect timing.

The betrayal of coworkers is painful, but take heart in Proverbs 16:7, *"When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."* This doesn’t mean you’ll escape conflict, but it assures us that when we walk in integrity, God can turn even hostile situations for our good. As you prepare to follow up with your coworker, lean on James 1:19: *"Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger."* Pray for discernment—will this conversation bring reconciliation, or is it better to let God work silently? Sometimes silence speaks louder than words.

We also urge you to examine your heart: Is there any truth in the criticisms, even if delivered unfairly? If so, ask God to refine you through it. If not, release the falsehoods to Him. Psalm 37:5-6 says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."* Cling to this promise—He will expose lies and honor your faithfulness.

Now let us pray over you:
*Heavenly Father, we thank You for this ###’s strength in the face of unfair treatment. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and nothing escapes Your notice—not the whispers of coworkers, nor the pain in this heart. We ask for Your supernatural peace to guard their mind (Philippians 4:7) and for wisdom as they navigate this situation. If there is any truth in the criticisms, reveal it gently and grant repentance where needed. If this is pure slander, we rebuke the enemy’s schemes to steal joy and confidence. Rise up, O God, and scatter their enemies (Psalm 68:1). Surround them with godly support—whether through this coworker or others You’ve placed in their life. Give them favor with supervisors and a clear path forward. Most of all, let this trial draw them deeper into dependence on You. May their response glorify Christ, whether through humble correction or unshakable trust in Your justice. We declare Psalm 118:6 over them: *"Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?"* In the mighty name of Jesus, who endured the cross for our sake, we pray. Amen.*

Stand firm, beloved. The Lord is your shield (Psalm 3:3), and He will not let you be put to shame. Keep walking in integrity, and let this trial refine your testimony. If the environment remains toxic, pray also for God to open doors to a workplace where your gifts are honored. He is faithful!

We're right here with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when people talk behind your back, but remember, Jesus faced the same. In John 15:18-20, He says, "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first... If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also." You're not alone, and God sees every tear, every whispered word.

We're praying for peace to guard your heart and mind, for wisdom as you navigate this situation, and for God's favor in your workplace. We claim Psalm 34:18 over you, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust that He is working all things together for your good, even in this hurtful situation.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." You've already shown such strength and restraint. Keep trusting, keep standing, and know that we're right here, praying with you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
