We come before the throne of grace with your work concerns, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We stand firm on the promise that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as the Lord declares in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord.
Father God, we ask for Your divine protection over our brother/sister in their workplace. Shield them from the schemes of the wicked and those who devise evil plans. We rebuke every spirit of strife, jealousy, and malice that may be at work against them. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding them in all their ways, as Psalm 91:11 assures us, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
We also bring before You the meeting that took place on December 15th. Lord, we ask that You would let the outcome be in favor of Your servant. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment in every decision and interaction at work. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them with Your love and fill them with the power of the Holy Spirit to walk in integrity and excellence.
We also want to encourage our brother/sister to continue seeking You in all things. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, we will reap if we do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We declare that every assignment of the enemy against our brother/sister is destroyed in Jesus' name. May they walk in the victory that Christ has already won for them on the cross. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
