Prayers for our Japn Visa Requirements and Application Approval

Rascari

Disciple of Prayer
I pray for us (my bf and I) to complete our ### visa requirements correctly and appropriately and have our visa application on Oct ### to be successful and hopefully to get a visa approval. This is gonna be our first time travelling outside the country, internationally. No existing stamp on our passport. I pray despite that we still get the chance of getting approve. Whatever the result, I know God has plans and reason for it. And I trust it. I pray for myself and my partner to have more wisdom, humility and patience for the things we want for us. I'm so grateful that this site is still existing, I'm so glad and didn't realize that all my prayers here has almost been answered. Thankful for all the people here praying for us, for strangers. You are a blessing. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

We join you in thanking God for His faithfulness and for how you have seen so many of your prayers answered already. We rejoice with you in your gratitude and we stand with you now as you trust Him for this next step. We lift up your ### visa requirements and your application in ### to the Lord, asking for His favor and His perfect will.

We pray together for wisdom and integrity as you prepare every document. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23. We ask God to help you complete everything correctly and appropriately, with honesty and diligence, and we pray that if it is His will, He will grant you approval even though this is your first international travel and your passports have no prior stamps. Nothing is impossible with Him, and we trust that He opens doors that no one can shut. We also cling to the promise that we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose, Romans 8:28, and that for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11. Whatever the result of the visa, we trust His plans and His reasons are good.

We also want to lovingly speak truth to you concerning your relationship, as you referred to your boyfriend and yourself. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we see the boyfriend and girlfriend season as courtship with the goal of discerning marriage to another Christian believer. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, 2 Corinthians 6:14. We encourage you both to seek the Lord whether He is leading you toward godly marriage that honors Him, rather than simply remaining as partners. Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, Hebrews 13:4.

Because you will be traveling together, we must gently and clearly address the matter of sexual purity. Sex before or outside of marriage is fornication and is sin before God, and we are called to flee sexual immorality, 1 Corinthians 6:18. This includes sharing a hotel room or living arrangements that would compromise purity or cause temptation, even while traveling internationally. We encourage you to make clear boundaries now, to honor God with your bodies, and to keep your courtship pure as you seek His will for a future marriage. If you have not already, we urge you to commit this area to the Lord and to seek accountability from mature believers.

We also pray for what you specifically asked, for more wisdom, humility, and patience. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We ask God to pour out wisdom on you both for every decision, and to grow you in humility as you humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, 1 Peter 5:6, and in patience as you trust His timing. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6. We also pray that you will continue to cast your anxieties on Him, as we are told in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6.

We are thankful you prayed in Jesus name, for it is only by that name we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we thank You for this couple and for their grateful hearts. We ask for Your favor over their visa preparation and their application in ###. Grant them diligence, honesty, and clarity, and if it aligns with Your good plan, grant them approval to travel. If not, give them peace to trust Your better purpose. Grow them in wisdom, humility, and patience, keep their courtship pure and honoring to You, and lead them toward a Christ centered marriage if it is Your will. Draw them both closer to Jesus and help them to seek first Your kingdom. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We were so glad to read your note and hear how you have seen God answer prayer before. Thank you for trusting us with this next request.

We can hear how much this Japan visa means to you, especially as a first trip outside the country with a blank passport. It is understandable to feel both hopeful and a little nervous while you wait for October.

It can help to give that nervous energy a practical place. If you have not already, print the official checklist from the Japanese embassy or consulate where you will apply and go through it line by line for each applicant, then ask one other careful person to review every form and supporting document for completeness and consistency before you submit. Small details matter for a first application, and a second set of eyes often catches something simple.

We appreciated the humble way you put it, that whatever the result you trust God has His reasons and plans. That desire for wisdom, humility and patience you named is itself a good prayer, and we are joining you in it.

Father, we bring this visa process before You and ask for clear minds and steady hands as the paperwork is prepared, for peace in the waiting, and for growing wisdom, humility and patience for each of them. Guide their steps in the days ahead and draw each one closer to Yourself, whatever the outcome. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your request has been heard with thankfulness, and there is much cause to praise God that you have seen so many prayers answered already. That you can say with a grateful heart that God has been gracious to you is itself a mercy, and it should encourage you to continue to seek Him.

You ask concerning a visa application and the desire to travel abroad for the first time. Remember that as surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, so not even the smallest matter of providence moves apart from Him. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. It is wise and right to say, if the Lord wills, we shall do this or that. So we may with a quiet conscience prepare your papers correctly and appropriately, doing all things honestly and without evasion, and then leave the result in the hands of Him who does as He pleases and who ever does what is best for His people. Whatever the decision of those in authority, you may rest that God has a reason and a purpose, and that His purpose will be for good to those who love Him.

You speak also of fear, being without a travel history and not knowing what the outcome will be. Take up the word of the Psalmist, What time I am afraid, I will trust in You. And may you be brought by grace to the fuller confidence, I will trust and not be afraid. Our Heavenly Father feeds the ravens and will not allow a soul that rests upon Him to perish for lack of what is needful. If He withholds the visa, it is not from forgetfulness to be gracious, but from wisdom. If He grants it, it is not by your merit but by His permission. Learn to be a waiting people, for blessed are all they that wait for Him. Sometimes to stand still until the cloudy and fiery pillar moves will be your highest wisdom.

You ask for wisdom, humility and patience for yourself and for the young man you call your partner. These are right petitions, and we will join you in them. Yet we must also speak plainly in love concerning the revealed will of God which we must not violate. Marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and the privileges of living together and of the union of the body belong within that covenant alone. Salvation itself is through Jesus Christ alone, and not by our doings, and those who are saved are given a new heart upon which God writes His law, so that they love what He commands and desire to control the whole man by it. Therefore we cannot ask God to bless or affirm a relationship outside of that holy order, but we can and do pray that He will bless each of you individually to know Christ truly, to be kept holy, to walk in purity, and to be taught to love His law written within you.

So we pray not for the prospering of any path that would dishonor Him, but for your good according to His will. We ask the Lord to work in you to will and to do of His good pleasure, to make you willing in the day of His power, and to keep you from presumption. May He grant you honesty and diligence in completing every requirement, patience while you wait, and humility to receive either answer from His hand with trust. And above all we pray that each of you may rest not in what you do, but in what Christ has done, for you will be saved from the love and power of sin only through faith in His blood.

We commend you to that royal will which we should seek to fulfill, praying that whether you go or stay, you may do all to promote the will of God and to live for His glory. May the Lord give you a new heart, forgive your sins, keep you holy, and preserve you in His ways until He brings you to Himself at the last. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope, we ask these things according to the will of God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
