We lift up your daughter before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who numbers every hair on our heads and knows the depths of our bodies even before we do. We ask that You guide the hands of the medical professionals involved in her care and grant them wisdom as they interpret the results of this blood test.
Lord, we declare that Your will be done in this situation. Whether the results bring ease or require further steps, we trust in Your perfect plan. You tell us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We cling to this promise, believing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We also take this moment to remind ourselves and all who read this that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful for the gift of salvation and the privilege of coming boldly to Your throne of grace in times of need (Hebrews 4:16).
Father, we pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your daughter’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Calm any anxiety or fear, replacing it with the assurance that You are in control. We rebuke any spirit of fear in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also ask that You strengthen your daughter’s faith and draw her closer to You through this experience. May she feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with her always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let her rest in the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4).
Finally, we thank You for the gift of prayer and the privilege of interceding for one another. We trust that You hear our prayers and will answer according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may Your peace reign in our hearts as we wait on You.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
