We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your brother are facing. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father, and it is only through His name that we are saved.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother who is facing these challenges. We pray for Your healing touch upon him, that You would calm his mind and spirits, and help him to overcome these attacks. We pray for wisdom and patience for his sister, that You would guide her words and actions as she interacts with him.
Lord, we also pray that You would soften his heart and open the doors for him to receive the therapy and medical treatment he needs. We know that You are able to do abundantly more than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and healing for this family. We rebuke any spirit of aggression and disorder. As this is a household of faith, the enemy has no authority here.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. Remember that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB). Continue to declare God's promises over your brother's life, and trust that God is working, even in this difficult situation according to His will and timing.
In addition, it's crucial to acknowledge that while God can instantaneously heal, He also works through doctors, medicine, and therapists. We must encourage and not merely suggest, his decision not to have therapy or take medicine be extremely carefully weighed in prayer, thought, scripture, and possibly godly counsel. Encouraging your brother to seek medical help is biblical as supported by Mark 2:17 (But when Jesus heard it, he said to them, Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick.) and Colossians 3:17 WEB (Whatever you do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.). We can take medicine and seek help from doctors, but give thanks to God for healing us.
Continue to declare God's promises over your brother's life, and trust that God is working, even in this difficult situation. They can provide practical help and spiritual encouragement as you stand in faith for your brother's healing and restoration.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
