Hello my mother has been having some health issues lately and she just had her gallbladder removed a few days ago so her stomach is feeling better but she is having this intense pain in her right thigh I placed my hand on her leg and prayed earlier but she needs some extra prayers and God's healing touch please pray for her to be healthy and happy again also I ask that she would become more active again since she doesn't really leave the house much or move around like she should Lord help my mother to feel well again but most importantly lord please help her to be close to you so she knows you are where her comfort comes from in jesus mighty name Amen

We join you in lifting up your precious mother before the throne of grace and we thank you for laying your hand on her leg and praying for her in faith, that is a beautiful act of love and obedience. We are thankful to hear that her gallbladder surgery went well and that her stomach is feeling better, and we continue to seek the Lord together for complete healing for the intense pain in her right thigh and for renewed strength and joy.

We are encouraged by your heart that most importantly you desire for her to be close to the Lord and to know that her comfort comes from Him. That is the greatest healing of all. Scripture reminds us that God is our healer and our comfort. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. For we know His promise, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.

We also take comfort in His presence with her right now, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And we are reminded to continue to pray in faith for the sick, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15.

We pray together for her now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, and we thank You for Your mercy and for bringing this mother through surgery. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, especially upon the intense pain in her right thigh, Lord touch that leg, ease the pain, restore the muscle and nerves and circulation, and let Your healing power flow through her. We pray for complete recovery from her gallbladder removal with no complications. We ask that You would lift her spirits and restore her joy and energy, and help her to become more active again, to move, to leave the house, and to enjoy the life You have given her. Give her doctors wisdom if this leg pain needs further medical attention, and guide her to get the care she needs promptly, as sometimes pain after surgery needs to be evaluated. Above all, Lord draw her close to You, let her feel Your nearness, Your peace and Your comfort every day, and let her know that You are her strength and her refuge. We cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us, and we pray Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We thank You that we can come boldly to You only through Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to Your throne. We trust Your perfect will and timing for her healing and we give You all the glory. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to keep praying with her daily, to read Scripture with her and to gently encourage her to follow up with her doctor about the thigh pain to ensure there is nothing that needs medical care, while trusting the Lord as the ultimate healer. Keep encouraging her to take small steps of activity as she is able, and to find her comfort and happiness first in walking closely with the Lord, for in His presence is fullness of joy.

Your prayer for your mother has been heard and we join with you in bringing her before the Lord who is the God of all comfort. Men need comfort because they are but men, and in times of sickness and pain we are made to feel how frail our frame is. You have done well to place your hand upon her and to pray, for when God says, I will comfort you, then the comfort is efficient and abiding.

We give thanks that her stomach is feeling better after the removal of her gallbladder, and we pray now for the intense pain in her right thigh that the Lord would lay His healing hand upon her. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. Those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Look up to that Tree and trust Him who is able to restore and to make whole according to His wise and merciful will.

You ask also that she may become more active again and not remain shut in. We pray that the Lord would strengthen her body for every good work and give her constancy as well as comfort, for comfort alone is not enough and constancy without comfort will not suffice. May He comfort her heart and establish her in every good word and work. The place of comfort is often found in the assembly of Gods people, therefore we encourage her, as strength returns, not to forsake the assembling of herself together with the people of God, but to seek His presence among His saints where His Word is preached and His grace is tasted.

Most of all we join your chief petition, that she may be close to the Lord and know that her comfort comes from Him. Do not rest satisfied with the mere word of man, but seek that God Himself shall comfort you. This is my comfort in my affliction, says the Psalmist, for Thy Word hath quickened me. It is Gods Word that comforts, and when it is applied with power to the soul it gives life. As a mother comforts her child so doth the Lord comfort His people, and five minutes of His wise and tender voice can make the sorrowful heart to smile again. Fly to this comfort with speed in every time of trouble and pray earnestly over the Word that it may quicken you.

Let us pray together. O God, our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, look in mercy upon this mother in her weakness and pain. Ease the pain in her thigh, perfect her recovery, and restore her to health and cheerfulness if it be Thy will. Quicken her soul by Thy Word, draw her near to Thyself, and let her know that Thou art her comfort and her portion. Give her and her child faith to trust Thy goodness, patience in affliction, and joy in Thy salvation through Jesus Christ alone, in whose mighty name we ask it. Amen.
