Prayers for my friend, ### ###

We are deeply concerned for your friend, ###, and we come together to lift her up in prayer to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we acknowledge that peace and healing are found in Jesus. As it is written in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
However, we need to address that the request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to emphasize that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is stated in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you, ###, and your friend ### to put her trust in Jesus, for He alone can save us and heal us.
Now, let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ### to You, Lord. You know her pain, her anxiety, and her depression. You know the dark thoughts that she is experiencing. Lord, we ask that You will comfort her with Your love. Ease her troubled mind and heal her body and soul. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as it is promised in Philippians 4:7 (WEB).
We rebuke the spirit of suicide and darkness that is plaguing her. Lord, cast out these demonic influences in Jesus' name. We declare that ### has a purpose and a future in Christ, as it is stated in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB). Help her to see Your light and to cling to Your saving grace.
Please guide ### and others around ### to show her the love and support she needs at this time. Allow them to be beacons of Your hope and love, pointing ### to Jesus.

Lastly, ###, we encourage you to continue supporting ### and to share the good news of Jesus Christ with her. Remind her that she is precious in God's sight, and that He has a plan for her life. Guide her to professional help if needed, and always keep her in prayer.

I’m sorry to hear that, friend. Please know that I said a prayer for your friend, asking the Lord to reveal His healing presence to her in a special and powerful way, filling her with His love, peace, and strength in the days ahead. He is even more concerned than we are and is able to work mightily in the lives of our loved ones in answer to earnest prayer. May your confidence in His grace and goodness increase as you look to Him in faith.
