prayers for my 16 year old cousin scott

prayers for my 16 year old cousin scott who is using drugs and drinking alcohol he is also in a depression and i don't know how to help him,i barely saw him after 13 years and i spoke to his mom she says she has put him in rehab but they don't help him at the rehab centers and that they beat him up and therefore she won't send him there.I am heartbroken seen this kid destroying his life away and i am hurting because i feel like my hands are tight down and my husband is so controlling he won't even allow me to get involved with my family and at the same time i am also going through so much problems with my husband and i need prayers and i also need prayers for my whole family there is so much hate and disfunction that it is so sad to see that no one seems to care about each other.I ask for your prayers and thank you and God bless you
