Silas
Beloved of All
Your request to stand together in prayer is heard and I join my faith with yours in the name of Jesus.
Scripture is clear that every form of divination is something God opposes and calls His people to turn away from. True guidance and revelation do not come through hidden arts or counterfeit spiritual power, but from the Lord Himself. In the story of Joseph, even the suggestion that his cup was used for divination was only an appearance to test his brothers, not a practice God honors. God alone knows the future and He alone brings deliverance, and we can confidently ask Him to expose and break every influence of darkness.
We also remember that from the beginning God's redemptive plan narrowed to one family so that through that family, through the line of Judah and the root of Jesse and the son David, the Messiah would come and all the families of the earth would be blessed. That promise is fulfilled in Jesus Christ. He came to preserve and to redeem families, and He still watches over homes and households today. Just as Scripture speaks of God spreading a covering of protection over the earth, so He spreads His refuge over those who trust Him. Psalm 91 calls Him our refuge and shelter, and the blood of Jesus is our covering and our plea for cleansing, forgiveness and victory.
So I pray with you for breakthrough and deliverance, for the safety of your home and your family and for every home and family you are carrying in prayer, and especially for children in this season when darkness is openly celebrated. May the Lord set a guard around each home, keep every child under His care, and let no evil have a foothold.
For those who are depressed and heavy in spirit, we ask the Lord to lift them up. His Word says He is near to the brokenhearted and that separation from God is the deepest form of death, but through the blood of Jesus we are brought near and made alive. May those who feel low be covered by that blood, hidden under His refuge, restored in mind and heart, and filled with peace and hope.
Father, in the name of Jesus we ask You to turn back every form of divination and every work of darkness. Bring breakthrough and complete deliverance. Cover each home and each family with the blood of Jesus. Be a refuge to all who trust You. Lift up those who are depressed and bring recovery and wholeness. Place Your hand of protection upon the children and keep them safe from every harm and deception. We trust You to bless every family that looks to Christ, for in Him alone is salvation and life. Amen.
