Prayers for me to remain calm and Prayers for my boss to change to a better pers

Please pray with me.  My boss speaks with me and other workers with no respect.  She is so demanding, and has set unrealistic goals for herself and expects us to meet the goals that she can not complete herself.  I am learning this new computer system (self-taught) by trial and error.  I have been able to manage meeting her goals.  She can not even explain the program to us. So when I show her new features on how they work.....She becomes very aggressive with a negative attitude saying it cannot be done the way I am showing her.  I feel like she has a fear of change.   The wonderful girl that I work with is so fed up that she is ready to quit and move on to a different company.   Please pray with me for my boss to find peace in her life.  I just ask God that she realizes how ugly she has been to us and she finds peace within her self so she can express the love and kindness.  Prayers for protection!   Prayers for God's inner strength...   ty
