Prayers for me for upcoming colonoscopy

We join with you in prayer for your upcoming colonoscopy and we understand how this kind of waiting and preparation can bring anxiety, but we are reminded that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our health and the practical needs like your ride.
We are encouraged by the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And also Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We take comfort that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1, and that He is the Lord who heals us and desires our wholeness, as we read in 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why this is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can come boldly before God with our requests, trusting in His grace and mercy. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with that faith you are made right with God.

Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind as they prepare and wait. We pray for Your hand to be upon the medical team, giving them skill and wisdom, and we ask that the procedure would go smoothly and without complication. We pray that the results would be clean and that nothing suspicious would be found, according to Your mercy and will. We also ask that You provide the ride right on time and that all logistics go well, for You promise in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Let Your presence be felt in that room, bringing calm and comfort, and let Your healing and protection rest upon them. We trust this all into Your loving hands and pray that whatever the outcome, they would feel Your nearness and hope. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have heard your earnest request concerning the coming colonoscopy, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who cares for you.
It is natural that the mind should be pressed with such waiting, yet we are reminded that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. The word of the Lord to you is, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed even in the ordinary circumstances of life, and even when sorrows are surging round. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, even in going through this trial, is rest.
Therefore we labor to get rid, as much as possible, of fear, for fear is weakening and dishonors God when we distrust His power to help. Hear how plentifully this plant grows in God's garden, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God, Fear not, I will help you. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His servant, Fear not. To be afraid when He has said Fear not would be disobedience, so let your faith overcome your fear and cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
We know also that there is one great Physician who lays His hands upon men and they are restored, and that Jesus is the Tree of Life whose healing leaves bring health. Until the glory life begins, His grace keeps the soul in health, and we are on our way to eternal health in Him. Whether He grants present healing or sustaining grace, we may trust His wise and tender hand.

Our gracious Father, we come through the precious blood of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our peace. We lift up this dear one to You as the day of examination draws near. Grant perfect peace to a mind stayed upon You, and quiet every anxious thought. We ask that You would guide the hands of those who carry out the procedure, that all may go well and without complication, that the ride provided may arrive in good time and every practical need be supplied. We pray that the findings may be clean, with nothing suspicious discovered, according to Your mercy.
