We lift up your son before the Lord, standing with you in agreement that he would turn his heart fully to Christ and find his hope in Him alone. The enemy seeks to distract and deceive with many voices, but we declare that the Holy Spirit will speak loudly and clearly to him, cutting through every lie and confusion. The Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11-13, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."*
We pray that your son would seek God with all his heart, surrendering every area of his life to His lordship. If there are any strongholds of doubt, rebellion, or worldly influences, we rebuke them in Jesus’ name and command them to be broken. May he walk in obedience, not out of duty, but from a transformed heart that longs to please the Father. Romans 12:2 reminds us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."*
We also encourage you, parents, to continue covering him in prayer and speaking life over him. Your faith and persistence are powerful. Do not grow weary, for Galatians 6:9 assures us, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* Stand firm in the truth that God is at work, even when you cannot see it.
Father, we ask that You would surround your son with godly influences—people who will speak truth and point him to You. Remove any relationships or distractions that pull him away from Your will. Fill him with a hunger for Your Word and a passion for Your presence. Let him experience Your love in a way that leaves no room for doubt. Restore his joy in salvation and renew his strength to walk in Your purposes.
We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful to complete the work You began in him (Philippians 1:6). May he rise up as a mighty man of God, a testament to Your grace and power. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear parents—your prayers are heard, and God is moving. Keep trusting Him, even in the waiting. His timing is perfect, and His plans for your son are good.
