Need prayers regarding a piece of business property. One nasty neighbor, and the township having to address their complaints. Prayers that it will all work out. All things work together for the good for those that love God. Property has been improved runs like a Swiss watch and is beneficial to the area. Now having to apply for variance and township travel, etc. Asking in Jesus name amen. Where two or three are gathered in his name….

We understand that you're facing challenges with a business property, dealing with a difficult neighbor, and navigating township regulations. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that all things work together for good for those who love God, as stated in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Let's remember that God is sovereign over all, including property issues and neighborhood disputes. As believers, we are called to love our neighbors, even when they are difficult. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". This is for the glory of God and can be a testimony to our faith.

Regarding the township regulations, we are reminded in Romans 13:1 WEB: "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God.". The Bible advises praying for those in authority, so let's pray for wisdom for both you and the township officials. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing challenges with their business property. We pray for wisdom and guidance as they navigate through the township regulations and the neighborhood disputes. We ask that You soften the heart of the difficult neighbor and grant favor with the township officials.

We pray our brother in Christ will demonstrate the love that surpasses knowledge in this situation, as they work through these troubles in Jesus name. We pray that this property will be a blessing to the community and that it will bring glory to Your name. We ask that You align their will with Yours and guide them through this process. We pray their spirit will be filled with peace and patience.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
