Prayers for healing in my chest and legs I was doing fine but something keeps triggering it every time my kuds father's sisters comes around I get ill they won't let my kids stay with them yet they come around to see how we doing knowing im struggling i don't want to be bothered with them but I try to walk in love like Jesus please pray for me

We hear your cry for healing in your chest and legs, and we stand with you in faith, lifting this burden before the Lord. The Word tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise over your body, believing that God is your healer and restorer. The physical affliction you experience when certain family members come around is concerning, and we must also address the spiritual and emotional weight you carry.

First, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression that may be at work in this situation. Jesus came to set the captives free, and in His name, we declare that your body is not subject to sickness or pain triggered by toxic relationships. Luke 13:16 reminds us that Satan can bind people with sickness, but Jesus has authority over all things. We pray that God would break any ungodly soul ties or emotional triggers that have been established through these interactions. You are not obligated to endure relationships that bring harm, even if they are family. Proverbs 22:24-25 warns, "Don’t make friends with a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger: lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul."

While we are called to walk in love, love does not mean allowing others to mistreat us or our children. Boundaries are biblical, and you have every right to protect your peace and your family’s well-being. Jesus Himself set boundaries, He withdrew from those who sought to harm Him (Luke 4:28-30) and did not subject Himself to unnecessary strife. You can love from a distance, and it is not ungodly to limit contact with those who bring negativity or distress into your life. Pray for wisdom in how to navigate these relationships, and trust that God will give you discernment.

We also lift up your children in this situation. It is painful when family members withhold care or love from them, but we declare that God is their ultimate provider and protector. Psalm 27:10 says, "When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up." We pray that your children would feel God’s love deeply and that He would raise up godly influences in their lives.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. We lift up this dear one who is struggling with physical ailments and emotional turmoil. Lord, You see the pain in their chest and legs, and You know the heaviness in their heart. We ask for Your healing touch to flow through their body, restoring strength and vitality. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every spirit of sickness and oppression that seeks to afflict them, especially in the presence of those who bring strife.

Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment in how to handle these family relationships. Give them the courage to set boundaries that honor You and protect their peace. Help them to walk in love without enabling harm, and surround them with Your presence when they feel overwhelmed. Lord, we pray for their children, that You would be their comfort and provider, filling any void left by those who withhold love.

We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We trust You to work all things together for their good, and we thank You for Your faithfulness.

In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and His Word, for it is in His presence that you will find true healing and peace. If these physical symptoms persist, we also encourage you to seek godly medical counsel, as the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). You are not alone in this battle, God is with you, and we are standing in agreement with you for breakthrough.

We hear you, and we’re praying, really praying, for your chest and your legs, and for the heavy heart behind them. The way these visits stir up pain even when you’re doing fine otherwise matters to God, and it matters to us.

You’re trying so hard to walk in love the way Jesus does, and that is no small thing when people who leave you struggling keep showing up. We just want to say: that effort is seen, and it’s okay to admit that it costs you. The physical symptoms you’re describing, especially since they come with the stress, are something we’d gently encourage you to mention to a doctor if you haven’t, not because we doubt prayer, but because your body matters, and getting checked out can walk alongside your faith.

Beyond that, what if walking in love could also include asking God for wisdom about how to guard your own peace? Love doesn’t mean you have to absorb every visit if it keeps leaving your body in distress. It might mean setting some gentle boundaries, with a peaceful tone, just so you can stay well enough to care for your children well. You don’t have to figure that out tonight, just maybe hold that question open before God.

Jesus, we lift up this mom who is carrying so much. Please bring healing to her chest and legs, calm what’s stirred up, and let her body rest. Give her your wisdom for every encounter with these relatives, and steady her heart with your peace that doesn’t depend on how others act. Protect her kids, provide for her needs, and let her feel your closeness right now. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Regular prayer scripture and worship is the answer may our God be with you and together with our community as we continue to praise and worship him all the time. With obedience and submission to Gods plan. His love and comfort will see us through. His proposes are true. I have cone so that they might have life more abundantly and also I have come not to harm you but to give you hope and a future. Lord Yeshuas name amen.

It is no strange thing that the body should feel the wounds of the spirit. The vessel of flesh is knit closely to the soul, and when the heart is vexed, the limbs often cry out. You speak of a pain in the chest and legs that returns, and you link it to the presence of these women. Let me not dismiss this as mere fancy, for the tempter can use even the sight of unkind faces to strike a blow at our peace, and peace is the very health of the inward man. But look beyond the second cause. The Lord permits the trial, and the enemy would have you fix your eyes on the instruments, that you may be filled with gall and forget your high calling. To walk in love is indeed your aim, and it is a heavenly path, but remember that your love for them must flow from a deeper well, the love of Christ for you.

Dwell not so much upon your struggle to love them as upon His delight in you. You are His Hephzibah; He says, "My delight is in her." When the heart is full of a sense of His joy in us, it overflows readily to others. Their coming, their watching, their unspoken slights, these are but the little foxes that would spoil the vines. Do not let them rob you of the banquet. Eat, O friend, and drink abundantly at His table, and you will find strength to bear their presence without your soul fainting and your body following suit. The great peace comes not from the absence of the troubler, but from the presence of the Master.

Your mind, you see, is tossed. It is not stayed. You are looking at the waves, at the unkindness of the sisters, at your own struggling heart. This is why the calm departs and the pain returns. A mind stayed on Jehovah is fixed, steadfast, leaning on its rest. When it shifts to the fretting circumstances, peace retreats. Yet you say you trust Him. Then trust Him now, in this very sickness, in this very vexation. You will keep him in perfect peace, peace, peace, whose mind is stayed on You. That double peace, the very perfection of rest, is the portion of the soul that refuses to leave its grip on the Faithful One. It is not a peace that comes when the relatives depart; it is a peace that abides while they are yet at the door.

And what of these pains in chest and legs? The Great Physician’s tree bears not only fruit for eternal life, but leaves for the healing of the nations. Observe, the very leaves are for healing, the smallest, most tender, most common things about Christ have virtue in them. Touch but the hem of His garment. Look not for some great sign, some mighty deliverance that shall make the sisters vanish. Look to the simple promise, the common mercy, the leaf that grows near your hand. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. That whisper is for the quieting of the heart, and a quiet heart makes a rested body. Covet not their approval; cease from that hidden covetousness, and great peace will come.

You cannot see your way. This is darkness, and darkness tries all the faculties. But that is the very school for faith. When you cannot trace His hand, you are thrown upon His heart. Trust in the Lord, and stay yourself upon your God. His love in time past forbids you to think He will leave you now. Did you not do well before? He is the same. Let your mind recall His past deliverances. The God of hope would fill you with all joy and peace in believing, not in understanding the motives of those who trouble you. It is of no use to quarrel with these women, nor with God’s permission of them. Acquiescence in His will is the secret.

Now, hear this dismissing word, and let it enter your soul: your faith has saved you; go in peace. Not “go in peace if the sisters depart,” nor “go in peace when the pain lifts.” Go in peace. The Savior speaks it this very hour to you who trust His blood and righteousness. A woman once came trembling, and she left in the sunlight of full assurance. You may have it, too. The peace is yours, purchased by His blood, and no visitor can snatch it from you. Walk in the light as He is in the light, and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses you from all sin, and from the sin of a disturbed and fretting spirit, too.

Rise, then, from this sick-room of the soul. The leaves of the tree are for your healing. A sweet quietness from the Holy Spirit will be better medicine than any earthly physician’s draught. The Lord bless you with a double peace, and bid your very body be still, knowing that He is God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

But what produces this dullness? Not from sins only, but also from continual afflictions. Thus it is we ought to love our enemies. This is to love God, who has enjoined it, who has given it as His law. To imitate Him is to love your enemy. Consider it is not your enemy you are benefiting, but yourself; you are not loving him, but obeying God. For Christ too so loved his enemies, having loved the obstinate, the injurious, them that hated Him. And if the things enjoined be grievous, consider that to this end Christ came, that He might implant these things in our mind, that He might render us profitable both to enemies and friends. But if it is not a human love, but you love for God's sake, then love all. Knowing then these things, let us follow after this victory, which is obtained by suffering wrong.

The pain you’re experiencing in your chest and legs is real, and I’m praying for your healing right now. It’s clear that this goes deeper than just the physical, something about those visits stirs up stress and turmoil, and your body is reacting to that weight. You’re not imagining it. Yet I’m so encouraged that you’re trying to walk in love like Jesus, even when your heart wants nothing to do with them. That desire itself is evidence of God’s Spirit at work in you.

Real love, the kind God calls us to, isn’t a feeling we can manufacture. It’s a giving love, a divine love, the same love that sent Jesus to die for us while we were still far from Him. None of us can love people who feel like a threat on our own strength. But when we abide in God and He abides in us, His love is perfected in us. That means He supplies what we lack. The Holy Spirit produces the fruit of love, enabling us to bear all things, believe all things, hope all things, and endure all things, not by gritting our teeth, but by resting in Him.

When these relatives show up and your body gets triggered, think of it like the surface dirt we can pick up just walking through the world. It doesn’t have to reach your heart. In those moments, turn quietly to the Lord. Let His truth wash over you. His perfect love casts out the fear, anxiety, and even the physical reactions that try to take over. You don’t need to trust in your own ability to cope; trust in the living God who richly gives us all things to enjoy, including peace that goes beyond understanding.

I’m asking God to heal the pain in your chest and legs and to guard your mind. May He give you so much of His love that these encounters no longer shake you the same way, not because the situation changes overnight, but because you’re increasingly anchored in Him. Keep choosing love, not just in words but in the truth of your actions toward them, and watch how He uses that obedience to bring healing deep inside you. He sees your struggle, and He is with you.
