We hear your cry for help, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion. The pain you are enduring, both physically and emotionally, is real, and we do not take it lightly. You have worked hard to secure this job, and now your body is struggling to keep up, leaving you feeling drained and overwhelmed. We stand with you in faith, believing that the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, sees your suffering and is near to the brokenhearted.

First, we want to affirm that your plea to Jesus is heard. There is power in His name, and He is the One who heals, restores, and strengthens. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Even when doctors cannot find the cause, God knows every detail of your pain, and He is able to bring relief where medicine falls short.

We also recognize the mental and emotional toll this is taking on you. The weariness, the tears, the feeling of being drained, these are not signs of weakness but of a battle that is taking its toll. Jesus Himself said in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." You are not meant to carry this burden alone. We encourage you to bring every aspect of this struggle to Him in prayer, casting your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in such deep physical and emotional pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who sustains. We ask You to touch their body with Your healing hand. Where there is inflammation, bring relief. Where there is tension, bring release. Where there is weakness, bring strength. Father, we know that Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim that promise over them now.

Lord, we also pray for their mind and spirit. The weariness and despair they feel are heavy, but You are the lifter of their head. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Renew their strength like the eagles (Isaiah 40:31) so they can rise above this trial. Give them wisdom to know how to care for their body, whether through rest, stretching, nutrition, or seeking further medical advice. Guide their steps and give them favor with their employer as they navigate this season.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression that may be contributing to this pain. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and restoration over their legs, back, and every part of their body that is hurting. Strengthen their faith to trust You even when the pain persists, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We also ask that You surround them with a community of believers who can support them in prayer, encouragement, and practical help. Remind them that they are not alone, for You are with them always (Matthew 28:20). Fill them with hope and patience as they wait on You.

In Jesus’ holy and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek the Lord for practical steps you can take. Sometimes, physical pain can be exacerbated by stress, poor posture, or even dehydration. Consider if there are adjustments you can make at work, such as ergonomic supports, taking short breaks to stretch, or staying hydrated, to help alleviate some of the strain. Proverbs 3:7-8 says, "Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones." This is a reminder that wisdom and obedience to God’s principles can bring health to our bodies.

We also want to gently remind you that while medical professionals are a gift from God, they are not infallible. If you feel there is more to be explored, do not hesitate to seek a second opinion or ask the Lord to lead you to the right specialist. Sometimes, healing comes through a combination of divine intervention and wise medical care.

Lastly, hold fast to the truth that your worth is not defined by your ability to work or your physical strength. You are deeply loved by God, and He has a purpose for you in every season, even this one. Psalm 139:13-14 reminds us, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and God is not finished with your story.

Continue to press into Jesus, for He is your healer, your strength, and your peace. We will continue to stand in faith with you, believing for your complete restoration.

We’ve been holding you and this need before God since we read your words. It’s exhausting when your body screams pain and the doctors can’t put a name to it, and all the more disheartening when a new job you’ve waited for becomes a source of fresh suffering instead of relief. The crying, the not being able to walk or rest, the way the pain travels from your feet to your hip … that is so much to carry, and we’re just really sorry you’re in the middle of it.

Sometimes a doctor says “nothing’s wrong” simply because the usual tests come back clear, not because the pain isn’t real. You’re living it, and you deserve to be taken seriously. It might be worth asking for a second opinion, a rheumatologist or a neurologist or a pain specialist, someone who sees cases where the cause isn’t obvious on a standard scan. We’re not saying that to push medical advice, only to say that your pain matters and there are still professionals who will search with you until they find something that helps.

In the meantime, we want you to know you’re not alone. We’re praying, and we trust that God sees every tear and every spasm. We ask him now to quiet your body, to wrap your knee and hip and spine in his mercy, and to give you even small moments of rest. We ask for wisdom for any doctor you turn to next, and for a way through your workdays that doesn’t steal every ounce of strength. And we ask for your spirit, that you’d feel Jesus right there with you in the ache, holding you steady when it feels like you can’t take another step.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your legs and your back cry out, and with them your whole heart. You have gone to the physician and he has found nothing, yet the pain is real, it sits in the sinews and the bone, it wakes with you and walks with you and will not let you rest. And now you wonder how you can keep this new employment when your own frame seems to fight against you. I do not brush that aside, not for a moment. The ache that makes you weep is no small thing to the Lord Jesus.

There is a kind of suffering that goes uncredited by men. The doctor sees no fracture, no disease that bears a name, and so he sends you away, perhaps with a look that says the trouble is less than you feel it to be. But your Savior reads the body He made, and He does not dismiss what He formed. When He walked our roads, He met many whose afflictions were written in no book, a woman bent double for eighteen years, a man lying by the pool for thirty-eight. The world had long since given them up as hopeless, or else as nuisances. Yet to Jesus they were not invisible. He saw what others had stopped seeing. He sees you now, with the same eyes.

And I want you to recall something precious: our Lord Himself knew what it was to be in such anguish that His own friends could not watch with Him one hour. In the garden, His soul was pressed down until the sweat was like great drops of blood. There was no visible wound upon Him then, no Roman scourge had yet touched His back, yet the inward agony was so fierce that an angel appeared to strengthen Him. Do you think, then, that He cannot understand a pain that has no name on a doctor’s chart? He understands it perfectly, because He has borne the deeper versions of it in His own spirit and flesh.

So I say to you, do not let the lack of a diagnosis tempt you to think the Lord is absent. You have cried, “Jesus, please help me,” and that is the right and blessed thing to do. Keep the petition ever before Him. When the spasm runs through your knee and hip, when the tears come because you can scarcely bear to stand another hour, let each throb be a little bell calling you to prayer. Not long, formal prayer, for you are too weary for that, but the prayer of the heart that looks up and whispers, “Lord, You know. Lord, hold me.”

Your Savior is not a distant observer of your pain. He is the Head, and you are a member of His body, bone of His bone, flesh of His flesh. When the foot throbs, the head is not indifferent. If you are in Christ, your suffering touches Him with an intimacy we cannot fathom. He is not waiting for you to get well before He will use you or love you. No, even in this low condition, He is at work in you. The Apostle Paul discovered that when he was most weak, then was he most strong, because the power of Christ rested upon him. Not always by taking the thorn away, but by giving grace enough to bear it, and more than enough, until the thorn became a strange kind of companion that drove him closer to his Lord.

I must also tell you plainly: the weariness of your mind is as real as the ache of your legs. When the body is drained, the soul often follows, and you find yourself in a low place where every step costs a groan. Do not despise yourself for that. Even Elijah, after his great triumph on Carmel, went a day’s journey into the wilderness and asked to die. And what did the Lord do? He did not thunder a rebuke. He sent an angel with bread and water, and let the prophet sleep. Your Father knows your frame; He remembers that you are dust. If you need to weep, weep. But weep toward Him. He catches tears in His bottle; not one falls unrecorded.

As for your work, this job you have so lately received, I would have you view it as a mercy, even though it tries you sorely. The Lord who gave it knows the number of your steps, and He can so order your days that your strength shall be exactly proportioned to your duty. You are not left to your own resources. The same Christ who said, “I must work,” now works in you both to will and to do. Lean hard upon Him in the morning and at midday. Sometimes the pain will not lift, but His company will sweeten the hours.

And remember this: some answers come dressed in black-edged envelopes. When Lazarus lay dead and his sisters wept, Jesus delayed, not from unkindness, but that a greater glory might be revealed. Martha thought He had come too late, but He had not. He is never late, and He is never unkind. The season of waiting is heavy, but the resurrection morning broke at last.

---

O Lord Jesus, You who were manifest in the flesh and know every ache of our mortal frame, draw near to Your child whose strength is spent. Lay Your healing hand where the pain runs deep; quiet the spasms; restore what is worn and weary. And if it pleases You not to remove the thorn just now, then give grace that this dear one may find Your strength made perfect in weakness. Let each day’s work be done in Your power, and at night grant the sleep that You give to Your beloved. For You are the rest of the weary, and in You our groaning is turned to peace. Amen.

The thorn fastens deep, I know, and every movement sends fire through the limb. You say the doctors find nothing, yet the pain remains, and your soul wears thin from it. Remember that the Scripture calls trials thorns not because they merely brush past us, but because they are fixed in; and even if a little remains, it causes pain, and after it is taken out, still the wound needs healing. So do not marvel that you weep under this sharp weight.

Yet think on Job, who sat covered in sores, stripped of all, and still cried out, “The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away. Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, naked shall I also go away.” What the world calls a loss can become gain, if you give thanks, if you offer the pain as an oblation on the altar of patience. You say you have a job, a place in the marketplace. Then do not despise this as a hindrance. Cornelius was a centurion, Paul a leather-worker, David a king, and virtue was not snuffed out by their daily toil. Your struggle to stand, your tears before the Lord as you labor, these can be a candle set upon a lampstand. Others see your endurance; you, without many words, preach.

And do not imagine your prayers are solitary. When you plead, you join all the faithful who surround the dread Table. Not in vain does the deacon cry aloud for those in need; not in vain are the prayers of the Church. The Holy Spirit Himself intercedes with groanings, and the sacrifice placed there brings down a great visitation. So as you limp, as you bite back the cry, let your heart echo: Jesus, help me. He who permitted the thorn in the flesh of Paul, lest he be exalted beyond measure, knows your limit. Your weakness becomes the place where strength is perfected.

Therefore, take courage. The pain that seems to drain you is not sent to destroy but to carve out a deeper capacity for grace. Rest your head not on a soft pillow but on the words of the Shepherd, who leads beside still waters and makes the soul lie down in green pastures. That promised rest is sure. For now, cling to Him who was pierced for you, and let your own pierced flesh become a participation in His. I do not say it lightly, but the reality of hell is bitter, yet the very bitterness of such warnings keeps us from falling into it, and suffering borne with thanksgiving does the same. So brace your soul, and do not lose heart.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with your prayer request, sharing your heart and the deep pain you’ve been enduring. It’s a privilege to stand with you in faith, lifting up your legs, your back, and every part of you that aches before the Lord. We continue to pray for complete healing—body, mind, and spirit—knowing that our Heavenly Father sees what the doctors cannot and holds the power to restore what feels broken beyond repair.

We ask the Lord to ease the spasms, soothe the inflammation, and give you relief from the pain that has left you drained and weeping. May He grant you strength to walk, rest to lie down, and peace that surpasses all understanding as you press through each day. We also pray for wisdom for the medical professionals treating you, that they would gain fresh insight and discernment to uncover the root of your suffering.

If God has already moved in a miraculous way since you posted, we would love to rejoice with you—please share a praise report so we can give Him all the glory. If the battle continues, we invite you to post this request again so we can persist in prayer alongside you. You are not forgotten, and your pain is not unseen. We stand firm on the promise that Jesus bore our infirmities and by His stripes, we are healed.

May the Lord bless you with His nearness, His comfort, and His healing touch as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
