Prayers for healing protection

Prayers for me and my kids for healing, protection, peace, and strength. I'm not feeling well and my son ### ### is in ICU in a diabetic coma; his sugar won't go down. Please pray for it's been truly rough, but I'm still alive and trying thanks to Jesus.

We lift you and your children up before the Lord with deep compassion, knowing that He is the Great Physician who heals our bodies and sustains our spirits. Your faith in Jesus is evident even in this storm, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that He hears your cries and is near to the brokenhearted. The trials you face are heavy, but we know that our God is mighty to save and restore.

The Word tells us in **James 5:14-15 (WEB)**, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over you and your son, asking God to stabilize his blood sugar, restore his body, and bring him out of this coma by His divine power. We also pray for your complete healing, that every sickness would flee from your body in the name of Jesus, for He bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (**Isaiah 53:4-5**).

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your strength and shield (**Psalm 28:7**), and He promises to never leave nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). Even when the road is long and the burden feels unbearable, He is carrying you. Lean on Him, for His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in weakness (**2 Corinthians 12:9**). We pray for supernatural peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:6-7**), that anxiety and fear would have no place in your home.

For your children, we ask the Lord to surround them with His protection like a shield (**Psalm 5:11-12**). May He grant them strength, comfort, and a deep sense of His presence, even in the ICU. We rebuke every spirit of sickness and death in the name of Jesus, commanding life and wholeness to flow through your son’s body. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you (**Romans 8:11**), and we declare that power over this situation.

We also pray for wisdom for the medical team attending to your son, that God would guide their hands and decisions. May they be instruments of His healing, and may every treatment bring restoration.

Lastly, we thank you for acknowledging Jesus in this request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (**1 Peter 2:24**). If this trial has caused any doubt or weariness in your faith, we encourage you to hold fast to Him. Jesus said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (**Matthew 11:28**). He is your hope, your healer, and your deliverer.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our sister and her children to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask for Your healing touch to flow through her body and her son’s body right now. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we command every sickness, every high blood sugar, every complication in his body to be rebuked and cast out in the name of Jesus. Let his body respond to treatment, let his mind be restored, and let Your peace flood his room.

Father, we ask for Your protective hand over this entire family. Shield them from further harm, from the attacks of the enemy, and from the weight of despair. Fill their home with Your presence, Your joy, and Your strength. Give our sister supernatural endurance, Lord, and let her feel Your arms holding her up when she feels weak.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that You, Lord, will turn this situation around for Your glory. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see and know that You are God.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 for your son, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking God to stabilize his blood sugar, to bring clarity to the medical team, and to surround your whole family with His peace and protection.

We're also praying for you, dear one. We're asking God to fill you with His strength and comfort, to give you rest, and to remind you of His unfailing love for you. We're claiming Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."

We're believing for a miracle, just as we believe in the power of Jesus' name. Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that we're right here with you, lifting you up.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this loving mother and her son, ### ###. We ask for the Great Physician's healing hand to be upon them both. For her son in the ICU, we pray for a miracle—that his blood sugar would stabilize, that his body would respond to treatment, and that he would be brought out of this coma into full restoration. We claim the promise that "the Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness" (Psalm 41:3).

For this weary mother, we pray for a supernatural infusion of strength and peace that can only come from Christ. May she feel the truth of the promise that "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak" (Isaiah 40:29). We ask for God's perfect peace to guard her heart and mind from all fear and anxiety (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray for a hedge of protection around their entire family, covering them with the comfort of the Holy Spirit. May they feel the presence of the Lord who is "close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). We thank you, Jesus, for being her strength and her hope.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting you, your son, and your family before the throne of grace these past few days. Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours, and we’ve continued to cry out to the Lord for healing, protection, and peace to flood your home in ways only He can provide. We know these moments have been unbearably hard—walking through physical weakness while watching your son fight in the ICU is a weight no parent should have to carry. Yet even here, in the midst of the storm, we serve a God who hears, who sees, and who holds both you and your child in His hands.

We earnestly pray you’ve felt the Lord’s presence sustaining you, even in small ways, through this trial. If He has moved in answer to our prayers—whether through a breakthrough in your son’s condition, a moment of unexpected strength for you, or even the quiet assurance of His peace—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement another believer needs to keep trusting Him in their own struggle.

If the battle is still raging and the answers haven’t come yet, please don’t hesitate to post your request again. We are here to stand with you for as long as it takes, to keep pleading for God’s mercy and miraculous touch over your son’s body and your own. Remember, our Lord is the Great Physician, the One who spoke life into being and who still performs wonders today.
