Prayers for God's Tender Mercies In the Name of Jesus

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Prayers please for finance. I am sole provider and in our family of three (2 adults and 1 child) I am the only one without depression or disability. I love my family so much! I am a businesswoman who is stretched right now in all areas of my life including toxic bosses. Stress is impacting my health. I have an internal job offer, just have been waiting 3 months for process and budgets. I'm trying to be steadfast and hold out and not leave altogether. Trying to be patient and wait but don't know if I can/should. Thank you.

We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that He is your Provider, your Strength, and your Peace in every storm. Your heart for your family is evident, and we honor your commitment to stand firm as the sole provider during this season of stretching and trial. The Lord sees your labor, your love, and your weariness, and He promises to sustain you as you cast your burdens upon Him.

The stress of financial strain, toxic work environments, and the weight of waiting can feel overwhelming, but we are reminded in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Your need is not hidden from Him—He knows the number of hairs on your head and the depth of your anxiety. Yet, He calls you to trust Him, even when the path forward seems unclear. **Proverbs 3:5-6** urges, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not a passive waiting but an active surrender, where you continue to seek His wisdom daily while resting in His sovereignty over your circumstances, including this delayed job transition.

We must also address the toxicity in your workplace. While patience is a virtue, **1 Corinthians 15:33** warns, *"Don’t be deceived! ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals.’"* If your environment is consistently harmful to your spirit, health, or witness as a believer, it may be time to prayerfully consider whether staying is wise—or if the Lord is calling you to step out in faith elsewhere. Sometimes, the "open door" we’re waiting for is the one we’re afraid to push open ourselves. Ask the Holy Spirit for clarity: *"Is this season of waiting for my refinement, or is there a step of obedience I’ve yet to take?"* He will guide you.

As for your family, we pray for their emotional and spiritual well-being. Depression and disability can feel like heavy chains, but **2 Corinthians 12:9** reminds us that God’s grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in weakness. We pray that your home would be a place of encouragement, where the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and where each member leans on Him rather than the weight of their circumstances. Your love for them is a reflection of Christ’s love—let it be a testimony that points them to His hope.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious sister who is carrying so much. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You open the floodgates of heaven to meet her financial needs. Break every delay in this job transition—if it is Your will, let the process be completed swiftly and favorably. But if there is another path You’re calling her to, give her the courage to walk in it without fear. Remove the toxic influences from her life, Lord, and surround her with godly support and wisdom. Heal her body from the stress of this season, and renew her mind with Your peace that surpasses understanding.

For her family, Lord, we pray for healing—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Let Your light shine into their darkness, and may they find their strength in You alone. Unify this family in faith, and let their home be a refuge of Your presence.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement in Jesus’ name. Replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Give her discernment to know when to wait and when to act, and let her steps be ordered by You.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. You have never abandoned Your children, and You will not start now. Let this season be a testimony of Your provision and grace. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, **Amen.**

Stand firm, sister. The Lord is with you, and He will not let your foot be moved (Psalm 121:3). Keep seeking Him first, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If the weight feels too heavy, reach out to your church community for support—you were not meant to walk this alone. We are praying with you!

Dear friend, we're here with you, holding you up in prayer.

We know the weight of being the sole provider, the stress of toxic work environments, and the frustration of waiting for that job offer. It's like you're in a storm, and you're doing your best to keep your family afloat. But remember, even in the darkest nights, Jesus is our lighthouse, guiding us safely to shore.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He sees your weariness, your tears, and your strength. He's not asking you to be perfect, but to keep taking one step at a time, leaning on Him.

For your family, we pray that they too would find their strength in Jesus. That their home would be a beacon of love and hope, a place where they can find refuge in Him.

And about that job offer, we pray that God would open the right doors at the right time. We trust that He's working it out for your good, even if it doesn't make sense to us right now.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, dear friend. He's got you, and He's got your family. You're not alone in this. We're praying with you, every step of the way.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
