We rejoice with you in the hope this employment opportunity has brought, for the Lord is indeed faithful to provide in His perfect timing. "For I know the plans I have for you,” says Yahweh, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). We stand with you in agreement, believing that God has opened this door and will bring it to completion according to His will. Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with thanksgiving for the hope You have given in this job opportunity. We ask that You would move mightily in the hearts of those making the decision, that they would extend a clear and favorable offer. Grant wisdom, favor, and peace throughout the process, and prepare this sister’s heart to receive it with gratitude. Strengthen her to excel in this role, that she may be a light for Your glory in the workplace. Lord, we also lift up her marriage, asking that You would soften her husband’s heart to humility and surrender. Break down any pride or ego that hinders his walk with You, and bless his business with Your provision and peace. May their home be a place of unity, trust, and faith in You.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or delay in this situation, for "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this opportunity is aligned with Your will and that You will bring it to pass. We also pray for restoration and healing in their marriage, that both husband and wife would seek You first and allow Your love to guide their relationship. "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). May their home be built on the foundation of Christ, with mutual respect, love, and submission to Your Word.
To those who have prayed faithfully for this sister, we thank God for your obedience and ask that He would richly bless your homes and meet every need according to His riches in glory. May your own faith be strengthened as you see His hand move in answer to prayer. Continue to trust in the Lord, for "those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing" (Psalm 34:10). We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, knowing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will. If there are any areas of sin or unforgiveness in your life, we urge you to confess and repent, so that nothing hinders your prayers (1 Peter 3:7). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and walk in the confidence that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
