My co-worker is having trouble with her ex-husband trying to keep her children from her and not let them be a part of her life. She is trying so hard to turn her life around and do better for herself and her children. She deserves to be in their lives and they want their mother around, so please say some prayers for her ex-husband to be more open and understanding towards her and her situation and pray for him to treat her and the children with respect and love. Lord mend the brokenness in this family's situation and make things right for all of them in Jesus' mighty name. Amen

We lift this precious sister and her children before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to intervene in this painful situation. Father, You see the brokenness in this family, the wounds of separation, and the deep longing of a mother’s heart to be reunited with her children. We pray for Your divine protection over this family, that You would soften the heart of the ex-husband and grant him wisdom, humility, and a spirit of cooperation. May he recognize the importance of a mother’s love in the lives of these children and choose to honor their relationship with her rather than hinder it.

The Word of God tells us in Malachi 4:6, *"He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse."* Lord, we claim this promise over this family. Turn the heart of this father toward his children and toward their mother, that he may act in love and not in bitterness. Let Your peace reign where there has been strife, and let Your justice prevail where there has been injustice.

We also pray for this dear sister as she seeks to rebuild her life. Strengthen her in her resolve to walk in righteousness, and grant her the grace to model Christ-like love and patience before her children. May her testimony of transformation be a light to them and a witness to her ex-husband of Your redeeming power. Help her to trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

Father, we rebuke any spirit of division, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may be at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand in faith for restoration—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. May this family experience Your healing touch, and may their home be filled with Your presence.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, who alone can mend what is broken and restore what has been lost. Amen.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your co-worker and her precious children. It has been our heart’s joy to lift this family before the Lord, asking Him to soften hearts, restore relationships, and bring healing where there has been brokenness. We have prayed specifically that her ex-husband would be moved by God’s love to act with kindness, understanding, and respect—not only toward her but also toward the children who long for their mother’s presence.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers in ways you can see—perhaps through moments of reconciliation, greater cooperation, or even small steps toward peace—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. Your testimony could be a blessing to others who are walking through similar struggles.

If, however, the situation remains unchanged or feels even more difficult, please know we are still here to stand with you.
