We join with you in lifting this burden to the Lord, trusting in His perfect timing and provision for your family. Your faith in recognizing God’s hand in bringing these buyers back into your lives three times is a beautiful testimony of how He orchestrates even the smallest details for His children. We also see how the enemy has sought to delay and discourage, but we stand firm in the truth that our God is greater, and He will not withhold any good thing from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11).
The financial strain of carrying two housing payments is heavy, but we encourage you to cast this anxiety upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Remember how He provided manna in the wilderness and multiplied the loaves and fishes—He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). This trial is not outside of His sovereign will, and He will use it to refine your trust in Him.
We do notice that while your request is filled with faith, the name of Jesus—through whom all things were created and by whom we have access to the Father—was not invoked. It is only through Christ that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16), and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to place your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Now, let us pray together over this situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their need for the sale of their home. Lord, You know the stress and burden they carry, and we ask that You would move mightily on their behalf. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we declare that You will open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Father, if it is Your will, let these buyers be drawn to make an offer on this home—an offer that aligns with Your perfect plan for this family. Remove any obstacles, whether spiritual or practical, and let Your favor rest upon this transaction. We rebuke any schemes of the enemy to delay or derail what You have ordained, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Lord, we also pray for these buyers. Soften their hearts to move forward in confidence, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their minds and hearts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If there is any hesitation or fear, replace it with faith and clarity. Let this sale be a testimony of Your faithfulness not only to this family but to all who witness it.
Father, we ask that You would provide wisdom to the realtors involved, that they would act with integrity and expedience. Let every detail—inspections, financing, and paperwork—be handled smoothly and in Your perfect timing. We trust that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
Finally, Lord, we pray for this family’s faith to remain steadfast. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let them rest in the assurance that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). May this season draw them closer to You, and may they see Your hand at work in ways they never expected.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Meditate on His promises, such as Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Stand firm in faith, and do not waver, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind (James 1:6).
