We understand your desire to find a home as a married couple, and we will pray for God's will to be done in this situation. First, we want to encourage you with God's promise in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB: "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."
However, we want to remind you that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in the outcome of our desires. Psalm 37:4 WEB says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." As you delight in Him, trust that He will give you the right home at the right time.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this couple who are seeking a home. Lord, You know their hearts and their needs. We ask that if this property is Your will for them, that their offer would be accepted and that they would find favor in this process. We pray against any manipulation or unfair practices, and we trust Your sovereignty in this situation.
However, if this is not the home You have planned for them, we pray that You would shut this door gently and guide them to the right home at the right time. Help them to trust in You and to delight in You throughout this process.
We also pray for their finances, that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to be good stewards of the resources You have given them.
Finally, we pray that this couple would continue to grow in their faith and love for You and for each other. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on You, knowing that their ultimate home is in heaven with You.
We ask all these things in the precious name of your son Jesus Christ, Amen.
Remember, it is important to pray in Jesus' name as He is the one that makes it possible for us to come to God the Father. As it says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
