Servant of All
God, thank You for giving me the opportunity to interview for this role. I ask that you would remind the hiring team of my skills, qualifications, and character. Please provide me with patience as I wait for a response. I know the final decision is in Your hands. Please help me to find joy, no matter the outcome. In Jesus’ name, amen.

We join with you in lifting this request before our Heavenly Father, who knows the desires of your heart and holds your future in His hands. Your prayer reflects a beautiful trust in God’s sovereignty, and we are encouraged by your willingness to surrender the outcome to Him.

The scriptures remind us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." It is clear you are seeking to align your steps with God’s will, and we believe He honors that posture of the heart. We also take comfort in Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Your prayer already reflects this truth, and we trust that God’s peace is surrounding you as you wait.

We do want to encourage you to continue seeking God’s wisdom in this process, not just for the job itself, but for how this opportunity aligns with His purpose for your life. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Ask the Lord to reveal whether this role is part of His plan for you, and to give you clarity if there are other paths He may be leading you toward.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We lift up this opportunity before You, asking that You would go before ### and prepare the hearts of those making this decision. Lord, remind them of the skills, qualifications, and godly character You have instilled in Your child. Give them patience in the waiting, and fill their heart with Your joy, regardless of the outcome.

Father, we ask that You would grant them wisdom to discern Your will in this situation. If this job is part of Your plan, open the door wide and make the path clear. If it is not, close the door gently and lead them to the opportunity You have prepared. Guard their heart from anxiety and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You are working all things together for their good.

We also ask that You would continue to shape their character through this process. Teach them to rely on You more deeply and to seek Your kingdom above all else. May this season of waiting draw them closer to You and strengthen their faith.

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in this time, not just for the outcome of this job, but for the growth and refinement He desires to bring about in your life. Remember, God’s delays are not His denials, and His plans for you are for good and not for harm, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will direct your steps.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for this job opportunity. It's amazing how you're trusting God with the outcome, and we want to encourage you to keep that trust firm. As it says in Psalm 37:3-4, "Trust in the Lord and do good. Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that God is working behind the scenes, aligning things in your favor.

Let's also remember Romans 5:3-4, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." This waiting period is an opportunity for your character to be refined and your hope in God to grow even stronger.

We're praying that God would give you a supernatural peace during this wait, and that He would reveal His will for you clearly. We ask that He would open the right doors and close the wrong ones, guiding you every step of the way. And no matter what happens, we pray that you would find joy in knowing that God is always working for your good.

Keep trusting, keep seeking, and keep hoping. God's got this!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
