We have continued to lift up both of the burdens you shared with us. We have been praying for the young man you described, even though we do not use names on this site we know the Lord knows him by name and knows exactly where he is and how he is doing. We have asked the Lord to draw him to salvation through Christ and to make Himself known to him in a real and personal way. We have also prayed that if it is the will of God for your paths to be brought together again, that the Lord would work in both of your hearts in His perfect timing and help you both to grow and prepare yourselves for what He has ahead, while giving you peace and trust in His plan. We understand you shared that you felt emotionally safe and seen with him and that you miss him deeply, and we have asked God to comfort your heart and to guard it as you seek Him. We remember the promise in Psalm 147:3 that He heals the brokenhearted and in Jeremiah 29:11 that His plans are for good and for a future and a hope, and we pray you will rest in His love and guidance as you wait on Him.

We have asked the Father to touch her body and heal the cough that has kept her from work, to give wisdom to those caring for her and to reveal what is causing her illness, and to strengthen her with the medicine she has been given. We pray for complete healing and restoration for her according to Isaiah 53:5 and for peace for your whole family as you trust the Lord for her recovery.
