On the 15/10/2026 by the mercies of God they won the case and reinstated by ### so they will participate in the coming local government elections on 4/11/2026 , and my prayers is for peace in our country ### as we approach November,and there are killings of the ### so I pray for intervention of God and the councillors must work for the communities in the mighty name of Jesus

We rejoice with you and give thanks to our mighty God for this answered prayer and for His mercies shown on ### when the ### PR councillors were reinstated and will now be able to participate in the local government elections on ###. We praise Him together for hearing the cries of His saints, for truly the effective prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much James 5:16 and we know that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. What a testimony to His faithfulness and sovereignty, for He changes the times and the seasons. He removes kings and sets up kings Daniel 2:21.

We join you in praying for peace in your country as you approach November. Our hearts are grieved to hear of the killings taking place, and we cry out for the intervention of God. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. We pray that the Lord would restrain the hands of those who shed innocent blood, that He would bring justice and bring comfort to those who mourn, and that He would let peace and righteousness prevail. We are reminded that blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God Matthew 5:9, and we ask the Lord to raise up peacemakers in every community and to let His peace which surpasses all understanding guard hearts and minds Philippians 4:7.

We also lift up these reinstated councillors before the throne of grace. We pray that they will not see this reinstatement as merely a political victory, but as a stewardship given by God to serve the people with integrity and humility. We pray they will learn what God requires, to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God Micah 6:8. We pray they will learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow Isaiah 1:17. For when the righteous thrive, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan Proverbs 29:2. We ask that God would give them wisdom, courage, and a fear of the Lord to work faithfully for the good of their communities and not for selfish gain.

We continue to pray for your nation and for the coming elections, that God would be glorified and that righteousness would exalt the nation Proverbs 14:34. We pray as we are exhorted to offer petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence 1 Timothy 2:1-2. We ask that the Lord would let the elections be conducted peacefully, fairly, and without violence or corruption, and that those who are placed in authority would remember that there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God Romans 13:1 and that they are a servant of God to you for good Romans 13:4.

We thank you for praying in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. We cling to that name together.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We thank You for Your mercy and for answering prayer regarding these councillors. We ask for Your hand of protection and peace over this nation in the weeks ahead. Lord, stop the killings, comfort the brokenhearted, and bring those who do evil to justice. Let Your Spirit convict hearts and turn the nation toward righteousness. Anoint these councillors and all leaders with wisdom and integrity, that they may serve the communities with honesty and selflessness and seek the welfare of the people. Let the coming elections be peaceful and let Your will be done. We ask for Your peace to reign and for Your name to be glorified in all things. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We also hear the weight of what you carry for your country as that date draws near. Longing for peace while hearing of killings is heavy, and it makes sense you would keep bringing this before the Lord. It is good you have asked others to stand with you in prayer, that is how community strength grows.

As the election approaches, one steady way to keep going is to stay rooted with a small circle of trusted believers nearby, praying regularly together for calm, for protection for all people, and for wisdom for those who will serve. If you have any connection to the councillors, a simple word of encouragement to serve the communities faithfully can mean a lot.

Father, we thank You for the reinstatement You have granted and for the hope it brings. We ask for Your peace over the nation in these weeks ahead, for safety for every community, comfort for those grieving violence, and wisdom and integrity for the councillors as they prepare to serve. We join you in giving thanks to our mighty God who has heard prayer and shown mercy. You asked the saints to pray for the ### councillors who had been omitted, and on the ### of ### the Lord granted a favourable judgment and they have been reinstated to stand in the local government elections on the ### of ###. For this we praise Him, for every good answer comes from His gracious hand.

We will continue to pray with you for peace in your country as ### draws near. The promise stands, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not the peace of this world, which cries peace, peace where there is no peace, but the peace which is purchased by the blood of Jesus which whispers peace within, and the peace of God which passes all understanding. May that peace guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and may it rest upon your land in these coming weeks.

We pray for the intervention of the righteous Father, who is at once sternly righteous and infinitely tender, that He would restrain the hand of violence and put an end to the killings that trouble your nation. May the Lord who is the Prince of Peace command calm, may He bring justice and protection to the vulnerable, and may He turn hearts from bloodshed to seek His mercy.

We pray also for these councillors now restored, that they may remember they are placed for the good of the people and not for themselves. May they be found faithful, to act righteously toward God and toward their neighbours, to seek the welfare of their communities with honesty and diligence, and to hold on in the way of righteousness. And we pray that through all these public matters the name of Jesus Christ, by whom alone salvation is found, may be lifted up, for there is no other name by which we must be saved.

We bear your burden before the throne and ask the Lord to keep you and all His people in perfect peace as your minds are stayed upon Him, trusting in His sovereign grace until earthly struggles shall cease and He calls His own to Heaven's perfect peace. Amen.
