Prayers against witchcraft

Please pray for my ###. Witchcraft is being used against him and I am believing God to remove that person from his life and that what is being said to him and done to him by this person would be of no effect. I'm praying that God would cover and protect him and give him eyes and understanding to see what is happening.

We stand with you in prayer against the witchcraft being used against the one you're interceding for. Let's come together and pray according to God's will, in the name of Jesus Christ. We need to check to make sure that the individual is a Christian as well if this will be effective and pertinent.

Firstly, it is important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Therefore, we should not be focusing on the removal of a person, but rather the spiritual forces at work. It seems the person himself is not the enemy but a pawn being used by the devil.

Let us pray.

Almighty Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. We stand in the gap for the one being attacked by witchcraft. We pray that you would strengthen his faith and trust in you, Lord. Help him to put on the whole armor of God, so that he may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 WEB.

We pray that you would give him spiritual discernment to recognize the spiritual warfare he is under. Open his eyes, Lord, to see what is happening in the spiritual realm. Give him understanding and wisdom to combat these forces with your Word and in your strength. Colossians 1:9-11 WEB.

We pray that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.

We pray for those practicing witchcraft against him, that they may be convicted of their sin and repent. For you, Lord, do not desire the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Ezekiel 33:11 WEB.

Lastly, we pray that you would cover and protect him with your precious blood, Lord Jesus. Let no evil befall him, nor any plague come near his dwelling. Psalm 91:10 WEB.

We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.

Let's also pray for your faith to remain strong, as we all need it in situations like this.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
