Beloved of All
Lord, I come before you with thanksgiving for the past few years. It has been tough for my husband on the switch from software engineering to support engineering roles with senior. Logically to him it seemed like a demote in role. However, the compensation has doubled from the switch. I pray Lord for open door for this transition. His hope is to switch role within this company. God if you are willing and it is the best move for him create a role for him within the company that seemed closed for now is it to wait or leave to find a new company. Your child yearn for your direction and is at the put of breaking. Lord you know best for your plans are to prosper us and not bring harm. He endured many trials and pain and set backs and many things he still doesn't understand. May your grace, mercy and favor be with us and turn it around for us your time and season best fit. I pray for a renewed mind and Holy Spirit to show and guide my husband to see what seemed impossible be possible for you are almighty God Matt7:7 Renew this day you have made with your joy and peace. Make a way and direct our path. Let your Word be the lamp unto our path. Guard our mind and heart. Shield us from lies, shield us from the attacks from the enemy and align us in your will. Let your feet stand firm like the deer. Strength renewed like the eagle. Blood of Jesus to put a hedge of protection over our health, finances, relationships and extended families. Heal my husband from diabetis, high blood pressure, words spoken and bad experiences that caused deep hurts. God I plead with you for restoration to be done in Jesus' name. Forgive my husband if his patience on you runs dry with the constant wait for answers and all the continual sufferings which he couldn't see or comprehend that God will not give pressure that he couldn't take but he really is at breaking point. However, God in the bible we have heroes of faith that lament and bring honest conversations to you and it is a path of no escape but you will be in control. But I surrender him to you trust to bring him back in alignment for your will be done in our lives together our household will serve you in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in thanksgiving before the Lord for His faithful provision over these past few years and we praise Him with you for how He has turned what seemed like a demotion in your husband's eyes into doubled compensation and sustained provision. We see God's hand in this and we rejoice that you recognize it is the Lord who opens doors that no one can shut as it is written in Revelation 3:8. Your heart to seek His will about whether to wait for a role within his current company or to leave to find a new company is pleasing to God, for He desires us to acknowledge Him in all our ways.

We hear the weight of your prayer, that your husband is at the point of breaking after enduring many trials, setbacks, pain and unanswered questions, and we do not take that lightly. The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit as promised in Psalm 34:18. We are reminded that even heroes of faith in Scripture lamented honestly before God, and He welcomed their honest cries. Waiting is one of the hardest disciplines of faith, but Scripture encourages us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding, in all our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our paths in Proverbs 3:5-6. You quoted Jeremiah 29:11 that His plans are to prosper us and not to bring harm, to give us a future and a hope, and we cling to that promise with you, knowing that His prospering is ultimately for our eternal good and His glory, and that He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose in Romans 8:28.

You asked for a renewed mind and for the Holy Spirit to guide your husband to see the impossible become possible. We pray with you for that renewal, for we are transformed by the renewing of our mind in Romans 12:2, and for wisdom, for if any of us lacks wisdom we can ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach in James 1:5. You mentioned Matthew 7:7 to ask, seek and knock, and we stand on that promise that our Father hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing. You also rightly reminded us that God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able to bear, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape that we may be able to endure it in 1 Corinthians 10:13. When patience runs dry, His grace remains sufficient and His strength is made perfect in weakness.

We love your desire that your household will serve the Lord, as declared in Joshua 24:15, and we affirm your marriage as a covenant before God. We pray that this trial will deepen your unity as husband and wife as you seek Him together.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we have access to You and no other name by which we are saved. We thank You for Your provision, for doubling what was needed even when the role change felt like a step backward, and we give You glory for Your faithful care. Lord, we lift up this husband to You. You know his weariness, his health needs, his diabetes and high blood pressure, the deep hurts from words spoken and bad experiences, and the ache of waiting without understanding. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, for You are the Lord who heals us, and for healing of his heart and mind from the wounds that have caused deep pain. We ask that You guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus with Your peace that surpasses all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:7.

Father, make Your will clear regarding his work. If it is Your best for him to remain, create the role within this company that now seems closed, open the door that no man can shut. If it is Your will for him to move, make that path straight and provide the new opportunity in Your perfect timing and season. Let Your Word be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path in Psalm 119:105. We ask for a renewed mind and for the Holy Spirit to guide him, to show him that what seems impossible with man is possible with You. Renew his strength like the eagle in Isaiah 40:31 and make his feet like the deer's to stand firm on the heights in Habakkuk 3:19. We plead the blood of Jesus over this family, asking for a hedge of protection over their health, finances, relationships and extended families, and we ask that You shield them from the lies and attacks of the enemy and align them fully in Your will. Restore what has been broken, bring Your joy and peace to this day You have made, and let Your grace, mercy and favor turn this season around for Your glory. Teach them to wait upon You with hope, to cast all their anxiety on You because You care for them in 1 Peter 5:7. We surrender this husband and this household to You, trusting that You are in control and that Your will be done. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We encourage you both to continue steadfast in prayer and thanksgiving, to keep asking, seeking and knocking together, and to rest in the assurance that the Lord hears, that He is directing your steps, and that He will renew your strength as you wait upon Him.

We are holding you and your husband in prayer after reading your words. We hear both gratitude for how God has provided, even doubling compensation, and the deep weariness your husband feels when a role change feels like a step down. Carrying questions about whether to wait for an opening inside his company or look elsewhere, while feeling at a breaking point, is a heavy place to be, and we admire how you are covering him with love and surrender.

One thing that has helped others in a similar career crossroads is to make the discernment more concrete together. It can help to sit down and name his core interests, talents and values, and how he hopes to serve God through his work, then bring those notes to a couple of wise counselors who know him well, perhaps a mentor inside the company and a pastor or trusted friend outside it. Asking his manager or HR for a clear picture of what internal movement could realistically look like and in what timeframe can also bring clarity while you wait, without pressing for an immediate answer.

We also noticed you mentioned diabetes and high blood pressure, and we encourage you to keep his medical team involved alongside prayer for healing and protection.

Father, we lift this husband and wife to You in Jesus name. Renew his strength and guard their hearts and home, bring clear direction for his next steps, and surround their health, finances and family with Your care. Lead them day by day as they seek to serve You together. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

There is a true grace in giving thanks when the path is steep and perplexing, and your prayer carries that mark. You have seen the Lord provide even through a change which to the natural eye looked like a going backward, for though your husband felt the move from software to support to be a demotion, the Lord has in His providence doubled the provision for your household. This is no small mercy, and to note it with gratitude is to walk in the light, for God is light and delights in honest dealing with His people.

You speak of waiting, of a closed door within the company and the question whether to wait or to go elsewhere, and of a heart that is near breaking under long trial. Be comforted by this, that while you wait upon God, God Himself waits to be gracious unto you. His waiting is not indifference, but long forbearance and yearning love toward His own. He has often let all other confidences break down that we might come back to salvation through Jesus Christ alone and find Him lovingly waiting, ready to pardon, ready to show mercy. His patience toward His chosen is not in vain, and when He has waited for the soul, that soul is brought to wait on Him. So let your souls be silent before God, calm and undisturbed, waiting only upon Him. Faith at such a time listens neither to despair which says all is lost, nor to rash presumption which says go forward at any cost, but hears the word spoken to Israel at the sea, Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. To stand still is not to be idle, but to float as the stars float, upheld by nothing but the right hand of the Majesty on high, hanging only upon the promise of God.

You have done well to bring honest lament before Him. The Scriptures show that the heroes of faith did pour out complaints and tears without hiding, for God can bear the truth of our weakness. He sees sin and sorrow in us even when we would hide it, and He invites us to come on the ground of truth, confessing our need, while He meets us on the ground of truth that Christ died for sinners. If patience has worn thin in the long waiting, confess it freely, and humble yourselves under His mighty hand. Pride would quarrel with Providence, but humility bows and says, Thy will be done. God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble, and that grace is sufficient for the pressure you feel, for He will not suffer you to be tried above that ye are able, but will with the trial make a way to bear it.

You ask for healing for your husband, for diabetes and high blood pressure, and for deep hurts from words spoken and painful experiences. There is one Physician at the right hand of God, and one plant of renown whose very leaves are for healing. The least thing about Christ is healing to the soul, and often to the body according to His wise will. Healing and pardon are joined together in the gospel, for to as many as received Him He gave power to become the sons of God. When we pray, God be merciful to me a sinner, though we dare not lift up our eyes, the eyes of Heaven look down upon us, and pardon brings peace which itself is healing to heart and mind. Look to Christ alone for that healing, and ask Him to lay His hand upon both body and spirit, restoring what has been wounded and renewing the mind by His Spirit.

Let us pray together that the Lord will make your path plain. That He will set His Word as a lamp unto your feet, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and shield you from the lies and assaults of the enemy. That He will give your husband a renewed mind and clear direction, whether to remain and see a door opened within the present company which now seems closed, or to prepare a place elsewhere, and that He will grant you both the quiet confidence to say, Though the next step should be over unknown ground, if God bids us tread there it shall be as heaven to us. May He make your feet like hinds feet to stand firm upon the high places, and renew your strength as the eagle, and put His hedge about your health, your finances, your household and your extended families through the blood of Jesus shed on Calvary. May He turn what has been meant for trial into testimony, and establish your household to serve the Lord in joy and peace, for they that wait upon the Lord shall not want any good thing.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in lifting your husband and your household before the Lord with thanksgiving and intercession.

We thank God with you for His provision in this season of transition. Even when a change in role feels like a step down in the eyes of the world, the Lord can still provide and even increase what is needed for your family, and we see His hand in the way He has doubled the compensation while your husband has walked through this difficult adjustment. We pray that God will give you both clear wisdom to know whether to wait for a new door to open within this company or to seek a new place elsewhere. As you quoted, ask and it will be given, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened. We ask the Lord to make His will plain, to open the right door and close the wrong one, and to give your husband peace while he waits.

We also hear how heavy this burden has become and how close to breaking your husband feels after enduring so many trials, setbacks and hurts that he cannot yet understand. The Lord does not despise an honest and lamenting heart. The Scriptures show that the heroes of faith brought their sorrow and questions openly to God, and He received them with mercy. God is faithful and He will not allow you to be tested beyond what you can bear, but will provide a way through so that you can stand under it. We pray for a renewed mind for him by the Holy Spirit, that the lies and accusations of the enemy would be silenced, and that your minds and hearts would be guarded by the peace of Christ. May the Word of God be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path, and may He renew your strength like the eagle so that you can wait upon Him with hope.

We bring before the Lord your petitions for protection and healing. We ask for His hedge of protection over your health, finances, relationships and extended family, and for His healing touch upon your husband's body from diabetes and high blood pressure, and upon his heart from harsh words and deep wounds from the past. We pray that God would restore what has been broken, forgive where forgiveness is needed, and pour out His grace, mercy and favor upon you both in His perfect time and season.

Continue to stand firm together, supporting one another in gentleness and love as husband and wife, and to declare that as for your household you will serve the Lord. We pray that God will align your steps with His will, establish your feet like the deer on solid ground, and fill this day that He has made with His joy and peace. We will keep praying that the Lord who plans to prosper you and give you hope and a future will direct your path and turn what has been painful into testimony for His glory.

Father, we place this husband and wife into Your hands. Lead them, heal them, provide for them and let Your will be done in their lives. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, Amen.

Your honest and thankful prayer has been heard, and I join you in giving thanks to God even in these difficult years. You have walked through a hard transition with your husband, and it is understandable that a move that looks like a step down in title would feel discouraging, even while God has graciously provided by doubling his compensation. The Lord often works in ways that do not match our logic, and He can use what feels like a setback to open a better provision and a future place of service.

I hear your burden for direction about whether to wait for a new role to open within his present company or to look elsewhere. God invites us to ask, to seek, and to knock, with the promise that He answers according to His wisdom. Keep bringing this specific request before Him. Pray that He would make the next step clear, whether that is an open door where one now looks closed, or a clear leading to remain and be faithful where he is. The Lord knows the plans He has for you, plans for good and not for harm, to give you hope and a future, and His timing is always fitted to what is best, even when the waiting feels long and heavy.

You mentioned that your husband is at a breaking point. Scripture is honest about that place. There are faithful men and women in the Bible who lamented and poured out their confusion and weariness before God. That honest prayer is not a lack of faith, it is faith turning to the only One who can help. When we come to the end of our own strength and cry, who will deliver me, the answer is Jesus Christ. He does not abandon His children in trial, and He has promised that He will not allow you to be tested beyond what you can bear, but will provide a way through so you can endure. If patience has grown thin in the waiting, there is forgiveness and grace in Christ, and He is able to renew strength and bring you both back into alignment with His will.

In this season, remember how God has joined you together in marriage. He calls a husband to love his wife as Christ loved the church, with self giving care, and He calls a wife to respect and support her husband as unto the Lord. It is not a long list of rules, but a simple calling for each of you. When a husband knows he is deeply loved, and when a wife knows she is deeply cherished, you can more easily yield to one another and let love cover many tensions. A gentle and yielding spirit can quiet great offenses. Your faithful prayers and pure manner of life before the Lord are a powerful influence in your home. Scripture says that the believing spouse brings a sanctifying influence upon the household, and that your children are set apart as holy before Him. Continue to stand together, not withholding kindness and care from one another, but rendering affection and honor as God intends for husband and wife. You are bound together by covenant as long as you both live, and that lifelong bond is meant to be a place of safety and strength while you seek the Lord together.

You also asked for healing and protection. I pray with you for your husband's health, for the diabetes and high blood pressure, and for the deep hurts left by harsh words and painful experiences. Healing comes from Jesus Himself. In the Gospels, people were healed as they reached out to Him in faith. The act of touching His garment or being prayed for was not magical in itself, it was simply a point where faith was released and became active to receive what Christ alone can do. There is a faith that believes God is able, and there is a faith that reaches out and trusts Him to act now. Ask Him to touch your husband's body and his heart, to renew his mind, to wash away lies and wounds, and to guard your minds and hearts in Christ. Pray that the Word would be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path, showing the next step. Pray for a hedge of protection over your health, your finances, your marriage, and your extended families, and for deliverance from the schemes of the enemy.

May the Lord renew your strength like the eagle's, and make your feet steady like the deer's on high ground, so you can walk forward without slipping. May He quiet your hearts with His peace and joy, shield you from discouragement, and restore what has been worn down. I pray that the Holy Spirit will guide your husband to see that what seems impossible with man is possible with God, and that together your household will continue to serve the Lord.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I lift this wife and her husband to You. Thank You for Your provision and mercy in these past years. Give clear direction for his work, open the right door in Your perfect time, and give peace while You lead. Renew his mind, heal his body, heal the hurts of his heart, and cover this family with Your protection. Let Your grace and favor turn what has been painful into testimony for Your glory. Teach them to wait on You and to trust Your will, and let their home be strengthened in love, respect, and unity in Christ. Amen.
