We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your daughter as she prepares for her nursing licensure exam. Father God, we know that You are the giver of wisdom and understanding, and we ask that You pour out Your Spirit upon her in abundance. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Lord, we ask that You grant her the wisdom she needs to comprehend and retain the knowledge required for this exam.
We also pray for peace and calmness to fill her heart. The anxiety and pressure of such an important test can be overwhelming, but we know that You are a God of peace. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We ask that You guard her heart and mind with Your perfect peace.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear and doubt that may be trying to take hold of her. 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We claim this Scripture over her life and ask that You fill her with power, love, and a sound mind as she studies and takes her exam.
We also encourage her to lean on You, Lord, for strength and endurance. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." May Your Word be a lamp unto her feet and a light unto her path during this time of preparation. Help her to meditate on Your promises and to trust in Your faithfulness.
Father, we pray that You would bless her efforts and grant her success in this exam, not for her glory, but for Yours. May she use the knowledge and skills she gains to serve others and to bring honor to Your name. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage your daughter to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and studying His Word. Let her find comfort and strength in the promises of God. Additionally, we suggest she surrounds herself with fellow believers who can offer support, encouragement, and prayer during this time. May she find rest in knowing that God is with her every step of the way.
