Heavenly Father, we know that You hold all things in Your hands, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask for Your divine favor to rest upon her as she seeks the necessary approvals from her medical school and CHED. Lord, we pray that every step in this process would be smooth and swift, aligning with Your perfect timing.
Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We declare this truth over your daughter’s situation, trusting that You will direct her path and open the doors that need to be opened. We also ask that You grant her peace and patience as she waits, knowing that Your plans for her are good.
Father, we rebuke any delays or obstacles that may be standing in the way of this process. We command every hindrance to be removed in the mighty name of Jesus, for Your Word says in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord. Let this be a testimony of Your faithfulness in her life.

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing your daughter before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to show His favor in this pressing need.
We know what it is to be shut up and surrounded by hindrances, as David was in the house of Michal, and to need the God of mercy to go before us and make a way where there seems to be none. So we ask that the God who comes flying as it were upon the wings of the wind to display His favor toward the objects of His choice would graciously incline the hearts of those in authority at her medical school and at ###, and grant that these needed documents may be released speedily, even this week, that the door may be opened for her to apply at the ### before the third day of September for the October Physician Licensure Examination.
We pray not only for papers to be signed and seals to be set, but for your daughter herself, that she may know that all favor, all preparation, all open doors are of Sovereign Grace and free favor. May she be given peace in this waiting, diligence in her preparation, and a heart to seek first the kingdom of God, trusting that if the Lord wills this path for her, no document withheld by man can finally hinder His purpose, and if He has another way, His wisdom is still perfect.
We entreat the Lord to grant you also, as a parent who loves and intercedes, a quiet confidence in His fatherly care, remembering that He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly, and that His choice favor is itself cause for great glory to His name.
May the Lord in His mercy prevent you with goodness, order every step according to His will, and give you to see His hand in this matter, whether in the granting or in the withholding, still for your good and His glory. We commend your daughter and this petition to Him who hears prayer, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

In those ancient cultures sons were counted and named while daughters were often overlooked and not even recorded, yet the Lord noticed them, knew them by name, and wove their lives into His purposes. Your daughter is not overlooked by Him. He knows her diligence through medical school, He knows the work she has put in, and He cares about this next step she is hoping to take.
We are asking the Lord to grant her favor in the eyes of those who handle these papers. Just as Jacob asked to find favor in the sight of others when he needed grace and a peaceful way forward, we pray that God will give your daughter favor with the officials at her school and with those who must review and approve the records. Pray that the Lord will move hearts, clear any hindrance, and cause what needs to be signed and released to be done promptly and correctly.
