While we pray earnestly for his healing, we must also acknowledge that his behavior is sinful—abuse, violence, and manipulation are never justified, regardless of mental illness. **Ephesians 4:29-32 (WEB)** commands us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God... Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family in their deep distress. Lord, You see the pain, the fear, and the exhaustion they carry. You know the aggression and control that have tormented them for far too long. We ask for Your divine intervention—break the chains of mental illness and sin that bind this brother. Convict his heart, Lord, and bring him to repentance. Soften his anger, still his violence, and free him from the spirit of control that has enslaved him.
Father, we plead for this mother’s safety. Surround her with Your angels, protect her from harm, and grant her wisdom to know how to navigate this trial. If this trip to Korea is part of Your plan for deliverance, then let it be a turning point. Open doors for independence, for healing, and for peace. Give her strength, Lord, and do not let her be crushed under this burden.
