We join you in thanking Jesus for His constant presence and provision. As you step into the new month of July, we declare that Jesus will be with you, for He has promised, "I am with you always, even to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:20 WEB).
As you prepare for your driving exam, we remind you that "God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Trust in Him, for He knows the plans He has for you, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
We pray for your college life, that it will be enriching, joyful, and filled with godly friendships. Remember, "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend's countenance" (Proverbs 27:17 WEB). Seek out friends who will encourage you in your walk with Christ. Regarding love, we pray that you will find a godly spouse when the time is right, as marriage is a sacred bond between a man and a woman (Matthew 19:4-6 WEB). Until then, strive for purity and holiness in all your relationships and glorify God in your courtship.
We pray for your health, especially your eyes, and for God's financial provision for your family. Trust in His promise, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB).
As you begin college, we pray for your smooth adjustment. Be patient, for "the testing of your faith produces endurance" (James 1:3 WEB). Remember, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6 WEB).
We also pray for your fitness and health, that you may glorify God in your body (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).
We are thankful that you prayed in Jesus' name, for "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, ensure you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in Him for the forgiveness of your sins and eternal life.
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for being with us and for Your unfailing love. Guide and help our brother/sister as they take their driving exam and begin college. Provide for all their needs, and surround them with godly friends and a potential spouse when the time is right. Protect them from the devil and his schemes. Help them to be patient and trusting, knowing that You are always with them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
